Thunder.....

....... Over Louisville!

As you will soon see..... Many events will soon be taking place in the tranquil skies over the Ohio River as shown in this picture, as well as on the water itself so pull up a seat and share the entire event with me! It won't cost you anything, and you don't even have to worry about the traffic! I did all that for you so you could enjoy the show! Also go ahead and mouse over the pictures throughout this little journey, as some of them will open some cool suprises! (Not recommended for dial-up viewers)


It wasn't long before we settled in the airshow began, and went steadily thru the afternoon! The entire event was very family-friendly, and the music was good, and the announcers always introduced the aircraft as they flew over, and described the manoeuvers they performed.


Shortly after we got there, these came by, and you could feel the breeze they stirred up, and it felt really good on this 80-degree sunny day!


During the quieter moments, an afternoon nap was refreshing as well!


Looking straight overhead, I saw these guys as well. Many planes flew in formation.


Besides the estimated 800,000 folks watching from the shore, there were plenty of boats to add to the show as well!
