- we used to do it THIS way! Yes...... we would use one of THESE dangerous things to feebly attempt to slice a hard "roly poly" lemon. Never an easy (or safe) task with a knife!

When "open", a freshly-rinsed lemon is placed on the "spike".......... and
CHOP!!
Perfect lemon wedges every time!
