HARMAN FOLKLORE ORGANIZATION Harman Folklore Organization and association has continued to perform its activities together with the organization company since 1987. Our purpose is to bring together our country’s culture and the world culture and to support the country’s culture with the festivals and the organizations.

A- Amateur Organizations

We invite the groups from the foreign countries to our folk festivals which arrange by the support of the municipality. We have our guests opportunity for travelling touristic and historical places and also shopping. At the amateur festivals- we have 4-5 days accomodation, 3 meals, groups for max. 30 person and live music. A lot of folk groups (children-adult or big groups) work in connection with us and we have sent these groups to all of the countries with our transfers. We are the member of I.O.F. which works with Minister of Culture. We can work and make programme with all the groups support to us. We can make and arrange dance group organizations with the requested countries.
B- Professianal Groups

C- Exchange Programme
We organize the groups to the same or different countries in this programme. It provides the introduction of the countries with children – young – and adult groups with mutual festivals. The countries participated to exchange programme provide the invitation of their own festivals arranged in their countries and the groups join mutual festivals.
D- Seminar
We arrange a seminar in Istanbul between the dates of 1st of August and 12th of August every year. The organization companies can send dancers to our beginners of high level seminars. Besides, we can send our dancers or dancers from other countries to the seminars. We pay 15 percent of the participation fee to your organization for each person or if you pay to us 15 percent from the participation fee, we can send dancers to your seminars.
E- Special Turkish Nights
· All kind of Turkish – Ottoman Traditions and Introduction · Turkish wedding night (Henna- wedding entertainment) · Sulukule gypsy night (Music- game- composition) · Ottoman palace entertainment (Ottoman Sultan and otantic entertainment at the palace) · Ottoman Sultan entertainment and costume fashion parade · Military band and music (Ottoman Military music)
