About this Site:

This site closed in 2006, because of lack of time and resources, as well in changes in church affiliation and doctrinal interpretation among the site contributors. We had to "go our separate ways" in regards to theology, and I could not do it all by myself, and had too many other obligations to fulfill at home and work to run a website properly. I am leaving the "template" up, in case I have the time or resources to start it back up, or in case any of the ladies who helped me in the past should decide to take the site over.

Thanks for your support over the years.

The following was the original homepage introduction:

God's Word to Women
is an online ministry created to encourage and support my sisters in Christ who are seeking God's will for their life, and to give Biblical answers on some of the many issues that women face in today's world. Men are welcome here also, but this page is designed with young women in mind and much of the content and tone of the website will reflect that.. The focus here will be on things like women's roles in the church, marriage, homemaking, modesty, work and family, as well as Bible study, doctrine and theology, and social issues.

In any articles or comments which are doctrinal or theological in nature, I am not attempting to usurp authority over men, and I ask any man who reads this site to consider everything in his own mind and decide for himself. Likewise, I'd appreciate it if you ladies would read the information I present, but remember the final say on all things should be those whose authority you are under, namely your husband or father and the pastor or elders or your church.  I will attempt to answer any questions anyone may have, but I want my stance here to be clear, as my writing and views can be rather forceful at times.

I'd appreciate any questions of comments on this site, as it is my first website. Feedback may be left in the guestbook or via email and will be answered as soon as possible. Thanks. :)
