SPECIAL ORDERS
Please email or telephone me to place an order for a color scheme that suits your purpose.

Any of the baskets can be woven with accent colors* or none at all. I use cranberry, forest green, royal blue, navy, purple, red, rust orange, and even smoked reed. Upon completion, each basket is stained with a complementary color of Fruitwood, Golden Oak, or Jacobean.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK-UP OPTIONS
Please note that all orders are shipped UPS or best way. However, if you would prefer to eliminate the shipping charges please contact me to place your order and arrange for delivery or the pick-up option.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
You may use your Visa, Master, Discover, or American Express credit card to make a secure on-line payment with PayPal. Personal or cashier’s checks, money orders, gift certificates/cards, or vouchers are also accepted for payment of your order. Checks, money orders, gift certificates, and vouchers must be sent prior to shipment, delivery, or pick-up of your order. In addition, personal checks must clear before shipment, delivery, or pick-up of your order.

CONFIRMATION
Each order is confirmed to assure you that the order has been received and to notify you of the expected delivery date.

RUSH REQUESTS
If the confirmation date you receive does not satisfy your needs, please contact me for the applicable rush fee.

ITEM EXCHANGE
Although no refunds are given, you may exchange your purchase or gift for another basket or hand-painted item. If your alternate choice is of lesser value, you will receive a gift certificate or gift card for the difference. If your alternate choice is of greater value, you may use any of the payment options listed under PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER. Please contact me regarding any exchanges.
