The year was 1979 when I had the honor of being one of "Mr. Thib's" senior English students. As naive as I was and preoccupied with thoughts of extra curricular agenda's, Mr. Thibadeau was always able to keep me grounded in both academia and reality. I held him in high regard not only for the keen devotion he displayed in his efforts to provide us with a valuable education (in literature and beyond) but mostly for his understanding, compassion and trust which was unquestionably always sincere. Admittedly
my final year was scheduled more for convenience then diligence and there were indulgence's, yet his class was one I would truly regret missing and enjoyed always being a part of. My hats off to a man who could make the learning experience one of fulfillment and intrigue while still making you feel uniquely special and eager to contribute. God Bless and Rest In Peace Mr.
Thibs.
