Dennis was my brother-in-law. He married my
sister, Janlyn McGowan ( Class Of 1980, Commack High School
North ). I knew Dennis for 35 years, since 1966, as he was
my next-door neighbor in Commack. Little did I know that he
would one day marry my sister. He died in the line of
duty, leaving 4 children and a wife. He will be deeply
missed. :(
