Here's a picture of our house located in the Lake La Quinta subdivision. Just down the street is a gorgeous lake -- we're not on the lake, but certainly can enjoy a view of it everyday. La Quinta is about 25 miles East of Palm Springs in an area that is growing very fast. It doesn't look like a desert from this picture, but all you need to do is spend July to September here to believe it.
