Every Village needs one, and this is staffed by volunteers

There are meetings and drills most every night and the guys all seem to be eager to get to the gatherings.

There hasn't been a fire in the Village since that old oak tree burned down and some of the ladies are beginning to question the need for such regular meetings.

Especially since the standard answer to "How did the meeting go?" seems to be "We will be getting onto the WOMPH problem next meeting."
