This is the
phone bill for the calls mentioned in the Motion to Restrict Contact. Notice that there were 14 calls to the
Lubbock, Texas phone number registered to Sybil Hart, all around the birthday
of the youngest non-bio child. Notice
the duration of the calls, most less then one minute per call. Also pay
attention to the staggered times David Ziskind called to try to speak with his
children. The short duration is due to
the fact that the children of Sybil Hart either hung up on David or let the
answering machine pick up. When Sybil finally did answer the phone on June 14,
1998, she hung up on David saying “I’m sleeping you can’t speak to the kids.
Call back later.” On June 14, 1998
there were 3 calls to speak to David’s kids, Sybil hung up on each one or had
the answering machine on (which is how she got the messages that disturbed her
kids so much. Yet in a deposition Sybil
Hart states that she does not have an answering machine. Does Sybil Hart only tell the truth when it
suits her needs? You decide!
