Calls for equal parts of orange juice and champage in a champagne flute. Drop a berry into the glass and serve. Delightful for a brunch!
- Champagne (you can get by with an inexpensive one here)
- Orange juice
- Medium fresh strawberries
Please Note: There are many fine champagne on the market today, but for a very fine tasting and decent one, don't overlook the California Wineries. There wines are made in the French tradition and are very pleasing to the most novice wine taster. Most important, you can fine one to fit your budget. A couple suggestions: Gloria Ferrer, Korbel. Schramsberg, Cuvee Napa and Cook.
Great Western Brut and Taylor's Extra Dry or Brut are also pleasing American Champagnes.
