MEDICAL NEGLECT

Since May 4th, when I was arrested, I informed the jail that my hip was damaged. I made multiple verbal requests to see a doctor. In July I got Judge Buxton to order the jail to take me to the doctor.
The doctor did not check my hip. He put me on Tegretol and a mild pain reliever without putting his hands on me to check the hip.
Since the day after I went to the doctor until August 3rd, when Judge Lindy ordered the jail to take me to the doctor, I filed 5 medical requests. Since the 3rd of August up to the present, I have filed numerous requests. The sad thing is I can not even get an aspirin here.
I am now waiting to go to the pen, so if you can't reach me here, you will have to find me there.

I went to the doctor yesterday and he ordered an x-ray for today but they refused to take me. Go figure. They also gave me a very mild pain pill, the equivalent of a Tylenol 500 mg. It does nothing for this pain.
I do not know what prison I will be going to. All my family lives in Tennessee, so it will be awhile before I see my family. My mom can't believe the treatment that we receive here. It's 10 times worse than Tennessee. I'm still in a lot of pain and I don't feel good due to the pain.
My mom is not in the best of health so she has not been able to fight for me like she has in the past.
I would appreciate the ladies letting her know what's going on around here. Also tell Kristie that Bob Hill came back and told Kelly that they have got the letters Kristie sent recently. They showed them to the DA and put on his property and he will not be able to get letters from her anymore.
Also, yesterday Kelly did not get his 10:00pm meds. Ray had them set out in the open, but never brought them to him. Third shift let us know where the meds were.
I do appreciate all the help you and the ladies are giving to us. Thank you, and I pray that Kevin will be coming home to you and his family soon.
