BASIC NEEDS NOT MET AT THE ROCK

August 31, 2004

While incarcerated in the Stephens County Jail in the month of August, 2004, I was issued a mat to sleep on.

That was it.  No toothbrush, no toothpaste, towel, or any other hygiene product.  Not even a blanket.
