" About the Fish We Catch "


In the picture above a Mate brings this Sailfish along side. He'll revive and release the fish after the catch.

The following are some of the fish species we catch :
( Dorado - Mahi/Mahi - AKA - Dolphin are hot summer action.
Bonito - Kingfish - Snapper & Grouper are active most of the year.

In the cooler Winter Days there is an excellent chance of Sailfish action multiple hookups are not uncommon. The size of Sails ranges from four to eight feet in length most often they put on an airborn show for all to enjoy.

Shots at The Man in Blue increase in March to mid June. The weight class of these fish in our area are 250 to 600 lbs. Capt's personal best is 546 lb. Blue Marlin. And a 1004 lb. Giant Bluefin Tuna.


Sharks are a good bet year round. Hammerheads and large Bull Shark. Play with one of these brutes and, " You'll know you've Dared the Chair ! "

Also Wahoo & Baracuda ~ Two of the worlds fastest fish, it's hot action that can happen any time.
Cobia ~ are less common to our waters but a special treat when we find them.

Having stated the prime seasons for fish species you may be seeking please keep in mind, we are located in one of the worlds warmest year around tropical marine areas and any of the species mentioned can happen anytime. And do just to break the rules !
