Jack The RIpper

About Jack The Ripper

In London, 1888, a man killed several prostitutes within a mile of the districts of Whitechapel, Spitalfields, Aldgates, and the city of London proper. And the only hard evidence police investors have are simple letters from the killer stating the murder he has just previously committed or is planning. This allegedly unknown man was called "Jack the Ripper". He was given this name because this is what he signed each death note sent to the police department. Because Jack the Ripper has never been identified it is virtually impossible for investigators to perform any type of back ground search or take into reason the environment or influences which may have affected, and triggered, this horrible man to kill. It is noted that jack the ripper has killed seven prostitutes in London, yet it is also said there is a total of thirteen other murders in which he may have been convicted of. From the evidence police could obtain from eye witnesses, they have found that jack the ripper is told to be a man reaching a height of 5'5'' to 5'7'' and living to be any where from his late twenties to mid thirties. He's said to have been always wearing a dark coat of some sort with trousers and a hat. He has a dark complection with a black bearded moustache and many said he had a shabby apperance. In the letters Jack the Ripper would joke about the next victim he was about to murder. He also gave descriptions of things he had done to the victims. For example, on October 16, 1888 the Ripper sent a three inch square box to George Lusk, the president of Whitechapel Vigilance Committee. Within the box was half of a human kidney preserved in wine, along with another letter. In the letter the Ripper also states that he fried and ate the other half. He also declared that he would send the knife used to remove the kidney if the police would wait a while longer. After police spoke with two witnesses and put out a description of what was said to be The Ripper, another letter was received but this time to the men who went to the police. The letter was a threat saying to watch because now that the two men have gotten in his way he's going to rip them up, and ended the letter with a P.S. which read, "you see I know your address". All the victims murdered were drunk or thought to be drunk when they were killed. They were all found out in plan sight so everyone could see the mutilated bodies.
