Why was this site made?
This site was initially made because the General's Xanga BLOGs (peasantgeneral, peasantcolonel, peasantuprising) were all taken and conquered by Terri and her very clever means. This site was actually an actual webpage, but David suggest this be a BLOG. So, you get this, the creation of, "The General's Thoughts"
Why is this site so plain and dull?
As most of you ppl know, I am not a decorative/interesting person. I keep this site plain because of the clear look and the hurting of the eyes. Another part is because John doesn't know HTML or have Photoshop, nor does he want to learn or get it.
What was used to create this site?
The nifty technology of Microsoft FrontPage and Angelfire. Also, David helped with some of the technical stuff.
Why Angelfire?
Xanga sucks. Geocities is horrible in the pictures aspect of a website. That and Angelfire IS free.
What's up with the name, "The General's Thoughts" and "The Crazed General."
As most of you know, I am a militaristic person that talks really loud outdoors. I am also in the Naval Sea Cadets. Since my AIM SN is peasantgeneral and reading the works of Marx and some of Hitler's, I find their ideas astounding. I also appreciate the 1st Amendment right we have in this country. Hence the name, "General," with the adjective "Crazed."
