Boycott of Regions Bank

TO: All
Fathers Rights Groups and Paternity Fraud Victims
If
you know any Paternity Fraud Victims or their families, any one who is
illegally paying child support and have their money in a Regions Bank Branch,
inform them of the following and tell them to remove their money immediately.
Regions Bank, in collusion with the Florida Department of Revenue,
has illegally seized all assets of Nationally Recognized Paternity Fraud
Victim, Dr. David Ziskind.
David
Ziskind had a checking account at a Regions Bank Branch in Anniston,
Alabama. An order from the Florida Department
of Revenue garnisheed all assets in the account, and there will be further
garnishments until the sum of $6, 150.55 is reached.
This
order leaves Dr. David Ziskind no money to support himself or his real family. Instead, Dr. Ziskind is forced to support
his ex-wife, Dr. Sybil Hart Ziskind, a Paternity Fraud Perpetrator and the
youngest child born of his first marriage, a child conceived in adultery, a
child that Dr. Ziskind believed was his until a few years after his divorce.
At
no time did Dr. Sybil Hart Ziskind inform her then husband that she was having
extra-marital affairs, or that another man could be the biological father of whom
Dr. Ziskind thought was his youngest child.
The
Florida Courts refuse to take into account the non-paternity of Dr. David
Ziskind. They only say pay up for a
child that is not yours. We want the
money.
The
Florida Department of Revenue, using their nazi like tactics, has forced Regions
Bank to collude with them in seizing assets of Paternity Fraud Victims, and
stealing money from the rightful family of Dr. Ziskind to pay for a child that
is not his, and support a woman who is an adulterous liar and perpetrator of
fraud.
This
collusion of banks with the Florida Department of Revenue is using the same attics
that the nazi German government used to seize the assets of Jews from 1933 to
the end of WWII. Dr. Ziskind is the
child of Holocaust survivors, and was born in a DP Camp in Austria. History
repeats itself.
The issues surrounding the paternity and the child support
collection is under Appeal in the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami-Dade
County, Florida.
It
is time to let the commercial institutions know that Paternity Fraud Victims
will not stand for this kind of treatment.
It
is time for Paternity Fraud Victims to stand up for their rights and refuse to
take it anymore.
