This website is best if opened with MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER. Use Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater.
Here is how you set the Internet Explorer to view in Vietnamese.

Click 'Tools' on the toolbar.

Select "Internet Options"

On "General" tab, select "Fonts"

Select "Latin Based" on "Language Scripts"

For "Web Page Font" choose "Verdana"

For "Plain Text Font" choose "Courier New"

Click View on the tool bar

Click 'Encoding'

Select "Western European (Windows)"

If you still cannot view in Vietnamese, then select "Unicode (UTF-8)"
