He was born in Chelsa, Massachusetts on Sept 3,1931. His parents were Frank and Charlotte, he had five other siblings. His father was abusive, he would beat his wife and kids. As a boy he was a delinquent, he was arrested more than one for assult and battery charges.Thoughout his adultlife he went through periods of good behavior and bad behavior. His mother remarried and tried to keep him out of trouble, their relationship was a good one besides him getting into trouble. He then decide to go to the Army, he was in the army from 1948-1956 and was stationed in Germany, there he met his wife Imgard Beck.He later on received an Honorable discharge. In 1955, he was arrested for fondling a young girl, but the charges was dropped. That year his first child was born, she had a physical handicapin the form of Congential Pelvic Disease. This had been an large impact on his homelife. Between 1956-1960, he had several arrest for breaking and entering. In 1960 his son was born without any handicaps. In spite of his brushes with the law, Albert seemed to stay employed. After he worked as a press operator in American Bilrite rubbers, he worked in a ship yard, and subsequently as a construction maintenance worker, his boss said he was a decent family man and a good worker.
