I look to the skies,

The tears start to fall,
and it's the end we see.
The rain starts,
upon us does pour.
Our tears fall,
the feeling growing more.
washed with not rain,
but instead with sorrow.

tears raining for tomorrow.
The lonely sets in,
engulfs you and I.
The love we have,
sprouts wings to fly.
Were we not strong,
did we not love?
Our hearts take flight,
hovering above.
I do love you,
I will always care.
but we're not the ones,
our souls do not bare.
One day we will find,
the ones for us each.
The ones we need,
the ones in reach.

It hurts right now,
but it's as it should be.
There they puddle,
our Tears flow together.
Our hearts running,
a river forever.
The end is here,
grasping you and I.

we can find the sky.
The sky opens,
inviting you and I.

we can learn to Fly.
We sprout our wings,
and spread them wide.
Hold back your tears,

The sadness dwells,
