Polynesian Banana 'Pitogo' with a fully formed cluster VERY RARE HAWAIIAN Royalty banana "Ae'Ae". Grows in light to medium Shade!
Sunlight burns the pigment-free (white) portions. Pronounced " ah-ee ah-ee" with a complete break between words.

Here's a closeup of the 'Java Blue' or Ice Cream with a newly formed flower which
will turn into a cluster of Fruit-- also you can see the 'Old Hamaii' Bamboo at 20+ feet tall to the left

Ele'Ele (Black Hawaiian)
(pronounced EELe EELe) The stalks are actually a dark purple color, the flesh of the fruit when ripe is orange and is best cooked.

The color like the variegated Ae'Ae, depends upon the soil acidity and mineral content.

Also a variety that was reserved to Hawaiian Royalty!
