On the sofa sits my Mother, Father, and Sister Beverly Marie. In front sits my sister Sharon Joy and next to her are my brothers Earl Charles and Henry Frank. And as for me, I am the baby who sits on her Daddy's lap.
 Just us kids

Sadly three of us are not on this earth anymore, but they rest in God's heavenly place.

My brother Earl at the hunting lodge he was around 20 in this picture. In March of 1991, my brother passed away at the age of 49. He left seven children behind and he had a very interesting life. When he was younger he had said he did not want to see himself turn fifty, sadly he got his wish.
In March of 1992, my Father passed away. My grandparents were married in 1889, my father was the youngest of their ten children born in 1914. When my father was very young he became a trapper in Michigan, trapping for beaver, muskrat etc. He then started to work for Ford Motor Company and worked there for 40 years until he took a medical retirement. My father was a person who loved the outdoors and he was a avid hunter and loved to fish.
When I think of Dad I only have wonderful memories of him, I miss him so.
 Mom and Dad
In April of 1993 my mother passed away. My Mother was born in Beaverton, Ontario in 1914. My grandparents loaded the kids on a train when my mother was nine and came to the U.S. What can I say about my mother, she was a real angel on this earth. She was always there for all of us. God did break the mold when she was born, for she was one of a kind. My Mother and father were married in 1934. On their 50th wedding anniversary my father and mother renewed their wedding vows in a church wedding, and the maid of honor and the best man were the same people who stood up for them in 1938. It was wonderful that all of us kids, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren could celebrate that day with them. They continued to celebrate seven more years of marriage until their passing. I wish we could have continued to be blessed with their presence on this earth longer. They will always live in our hearts.
As for the rest of us we all are alive and kicking!! LOL And are enjoying our kids, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. And I guess we all hope we can leave great memories for them as the ones our parents left us with. My sister Beverly and her husband Marvin just had their 50th wedding aniversary.
This page may not be of interest to anyone but for some reason it made me feel good just doing it. I guess it brought back the good memories they left, the same kind I hope I leave.
