You get: Your own bedroom & full bath, access to everything else, we share household chores (you clean your messes, I'll clean mine, etc.). Reasonable utilities included (in other words, if you set the A/C to 74 degrees, I'll have to hurt ya). House doesn't have a pool, but the wiring and plumbing's in for it - I'll put one in when I can afford to dig the hole. However, the community pool is 2 doors down, and is very nice. This is a brand-new gated community located off Red Bug Lk. Rd. in Casselberry, Florida.
I get: 1st & last (plus $300 security deposit) upon move-in. Monthly rent: $575 And a nice person to share my house.
