This is the emissions sticker that can be found in the engine bay of almost any vehicle. Most of them tell what emission control devices exist on that vehicle, and, as with this one, they may also explain a few things and give a chart for adjustments to timing, spark plug gap, etc. Domestic vehicles usually include vacuum hose diagrams like this one.
