Objective

Work in a team environment to develop and produce finished illustrations, animations and interactive presentations, in a wide variety of electronic and traditional mediums in 2d and 3d.

Summary of Qualifications

4 years’ experience as in house illustrator at Envoi Design, performing duties requiring excellent drawing and production skills.

Effectively applied a wide range of electronic media to solve a variety of graphic design challenges.

Taught illustration technologies at Northern Kentucky University.

Experience and Applied Skills

Publication:

Nationally published in various media in publications including Brown Journal of World Affairs, Writer’s Digest and Business News Daily.

Produced finished cover art for various music productions.

Produced color plates for MRI: Full Body Atlas medical resource material.

Draftsmanship and Presentation:

Participated in concept and development of action figures, and action figure playsets for projects including Batman®, Nascar™ Racers, Jurassic Park®, G. I. Joe® and Captain Crunch®.

Developed and produced playset labels for K-Nex©, G. I. Joe®, Jurrasic Park® and Monsters Inc.® playsets.

Supplied concept sketches and finished drawings for point of purchase packaging solutions for Joytech™ controllers and Tonka™.

Designed the paint scheme for Tonka’s™ monster truck.

Produced finished Art for Procter & Gamble’s nostalgia poster project.

Teamwork and Communication:

Organized and produced story boards and concept presentation boards for project design teams at Hasbro Toys and Procter & Gamble’s Ivorydale research and development facility.

Worked with technology specific engineers to develop alternative applications for existing technologies and published the discussion results in globally distributed briefing brochures.

Technology Application and Programming:

Self taught in computer design software for 2d and 3d illustration, animation, interactive presentation and web page development.

Character development, background design, and animation components for Procter & Gamble’s Sunny Delight™ Soccer Shootout web game.
