About Me :)

Hmm, about me...

Well, I guess to start off I should talk about where I was born right? Ok... I was born in Chicago (the greatest city on the planet) on June 18, 1984. I had a great time there for the first 14 years of my life and I will never forget the memories I had there.

My earliest memories are basically just waking up and always wanting to go out to the park and stuff. I was the playful type and was always talking to everyone at the park, especially strangers hehe. This worried my parents somewhat, so they always had to watch me. I am told that I was quite the talkative one when I was young, which has changed a bit cause I feel I'm more chill now. Anyway, I will always remember Mayfair Park. A whole lotta memories there :)

I went to a Catholic Elementary School called St. Edward. Was brought up Catholic so I guess that makes me one. I dont remember much of K and 1st grade. 2nd grade is kinda fuzzy too except I remember making a kid named Victor cry cause I always called him Victoria. Mean me huh :/ But we were cool after that so it's all good.

3rd through 5th grade wasn't too bad, wasn't too good either, except for the part were I met my best friend Cory in 3rd grade. He's a cool cat, always wanting to go out and do something interesting. I remember this one music fair project that we waited to do on the last night, and we took shifts typing the project up while the other slept. We got it done on time and got a fricking A! Hell yeah! I just saw him this past summer when I went back up to Chicago and we had a blast. Can't wait to do it again.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, in 3rd grade I went on vacation to the Philippines and saw an aunt that lived there and managed a resort. I remember getting sick and throwing up alot too. Thats all that I really remember. It wasnt a real happy experience, and to make it worse, I think 4 years after that trip, I found out my aunt was killed by a drunk who worked for her that felt he wasn't getting paid enough. That really shocked the family. I didn't know her all that well, but she was a nice lady. Bless her soul.

I remember in 6th grade I used to bring Bee Gees cassettes to class cause my teacher was into them (still)... so we had disco parties and stuff haha. It was so lame now that I think of it, but it was better than learning stuff I guess. How deep is your love hehe :P 7th and 8th grade were kickass. After school was out, me, Cory, and a buncha friends always went out to the school parking lot (which was always empty) and played hockey. I got really good too! It was a whole lotta fun (and painful)... I remember going up to take a shot and my friend Ian hit me right above the eye with his hockey stick. I got like 5 stitches, didnt hurt and was a cool battle wound to show off to the girls ;) I miss those days heh

I met this girl named Katie in 8th grade. She was a pretty blonde and I'm surprised I was the 1st one to ask her out since she moved in from California at the beginning of the school year. Well... I'm sorta happy I did ask her out cause it built some confidence in me, but I didnt like the way it all turned out with her. We kinda ended up not liking each other that much, she moved away (not because of me) but she still wrote for a couple weeks after that, and I was surprised to get letters. She really did kinda like me she said, after she was gone. Weird girl. But pretty hehe.

Moving *sigh* I've had so many bad experiences with moving. After 8th grade, my parents decided they were tired of snow and seeing the violence on the news, so they wanted to move to Florida. Of course I was against this, but I had no choice. It hurt a lot. Some days I couldn't stop feeling crappy and even cried to sleep. I'm lucky though that I had real friends to help me through it. Myra, if you ever read this, I miss you. Thanks for sticking around with me and during that dance when you cried for me, I'll never forget that. And no matter what happens to you I still love ya :) Tell your little kid Uncle Chris says hi ;)

That's not the only bad experience with moving. Back when I was a junior in HS, let's see, around September of that year or so I met this really sweet asian girl Lee. She was so nice to me, I thought the world of her. We'd always spend hours just talking and helping each other do hw. So then I decided to go out with her, and I found out she's been waiting for me to ask her all along hehe. Always a great girl to be around. She loved ice skating and dancing and I didn't mind watching her dance ;) We were really starting to become real close, and then she broke the news to me. She was moving after finals before Christmas break. Her dad wanted her back home in South Carolina, so she had to go. That really killed me. I was tempted to get her dad on the phone and beg, but that would've gotten her into trouble. I was upset too that she didnt tell me any earlier, and I only had a good week to say goodbyes and stuff. We talked a lot still and even wrote, but that didn't last long, and now I'm beginning to think I'll never hear from her again. Lee, I miss you. Please talk to me.

Well despite all the drama of that year, I had a pretty cool high school career. Freshman year I didn't take up sports, but I did pretty well in school and made the Principal's List a buncha times hehe. Then I transferred to a different high school, which was cool cause it was a much cleaner school with more girls in it :) I played some basketball but really wasn't much better than the other players. I took up baseball and did really well. I played shortstop and center field and was an awesome basestealer and was good at defense too. But despite all that, coach was just a plain jackass to everyone. He took the games way to seriously and he paid for it. Me and a bunch of the guys got together and decided to quit the team. We were questioned and stuff for doing that, and it ended up in getting him fired. I don't care much that I got a person fired from their job. It was well-deserved. I hope he realized he was wrong and feels sorry for it. So there went my baseball career. I love the game still.

I like all kinds of sports. Baseball is my most favorite game. Being raised in Chicago, I rooted for the Cubs, ya the lovable losers. I don't care what people say about them. I grew up watching them and will always love the Cubs. I also grew up liking basketball and watching those Bulls play together. It was awesome. I never actually went to a Bulls game, but I'm glad I was in the city when they were winning all those championships. It brought the city together. Now, since I'm in Orlando and I have no choice but to watch the Magic since I like basketball enough, I root for the Magic :) Football I'm split between the Bucs and Bears pretty evenly. And of course hockey I like the Blackhawks.

Hmm, other things I do... oh yeah, I was making fun of some "dumb" freshman kids for playing this online game named Gang-Wars. So I go check the game out, and I get into it a little hehe. So I find out the game isn't too bad and now I'm playing this "dumb" game myself hehe. It's pretty neat though... I've met a lot of cool people while playing the game. Let's see, there's FiveNine the legend hehe, Sersan_43 you crazy drunkard :P, silverfreak (love ya even though you never let me sleep :P), kmad (pogo), blyt3 (go buckeyes!) elgen one of my first friends playing the game (alice is hot elgen thanks for letting me see a pic of her ;)), among other people. It's been cool but I don't know why I still play it. I guess it's good at killing time. But not cool when there's no time to kill. heh o well.

Right now I'm a college boy. Hehe, partying and whatnot drains a lot out of ya :P I better stop for a bit and make sure my grades are ok, dontya think ;)

Well... this is gettin tiresome, I'll think of more things to say maybe later on. Later!
