My father served 27 years in the US Coast Guard, My uncle for 22 years. I served 20 years prior retiring, as a commissioned warrant officer, with an outstanding world war 11 record, aboard the attack transport "Samuel Chase" and transport "Admiral H.T. Mayo", participating in all of the invasions in the Mediterranean and getting ready to invade Japan, prior to their surrendering.
The vessel is in perfect condition with loads of equipment aboard. Even the linen on the bunks in 5 officer staterooms and 43 crew quarters, plus 6 ladies private quarters.
I am selling 499. shares at $2.000 per, minimun bid $2.000 That will entitle the holders 49 percent ownership collectively, of the vessel and business according to the amount you purchase, you can purchase up to 499. shares. The Highest three bidders get a stateroom each, be on the board of directors, and can live aboard with me, and become a crew member if desired.
There will be a percentage paid to all partners, a division of any profits six months after opening and every six months thereafter by a CPA that will keep the books on all transactions (from tours aboard, RESTAURANT , beverages, souvenir shop and etc...).
My partner and myself, owning half, and our secretary, will live aboard and will be running the operation, (for $400/400/$300 per week), performing a minimun of 40 hour week, closed on Mondays. I hold a master license for any ocean plus, my partner is a also a Captain, engineer, electrician, cook and a man of many capabilities.
If over 499. shares are sold, all monies will be returned immediately to the unsuccessful bidders and to the successful bidders a company certificate showing the percentage of your partnership and amount of money invested in Captain J. P. enterprises. All monies will be returned if $400,000 are not sold and offering canceled.
(A little information on me)/ I have four children, two boys and two girls, which I put into the dinner boat business many years ago. One is located in Troy, NY ( www.captain jp.com). the other in Ft Myers, Fl (www.jccruises.com. Both are doing very good. I was in the cruise boat business for 30 years, until I set them up. I now help my older son, piloting his 600 passenger vessel daily. This new project will be my own with Captain JP Cruse line and JC cruises not being connected in any way. I hold a master license for any ocean and a first class pilot license for the Chesapeake Bay. I'm in perfect health and looking forward to this new project and "new shipmates".
