The tale below is an ancient chineese one, famous for lack of ending. Your job as an author is to, yes, create an ending.

The princess was a beloved creature, elegant and aristocratic, draped in a gauze like kimono of rich colour at all times. Her hair was tight against her scalp indicating utmost beauty-her thin lips were always dressed with a multitude of thick paint, drawn tight in a forced smile. She had sweeping eyelashes that shimmered under the eastern sun.
One day, she was trotting by the stables with her kimono dragged on the ground. As in all stories, a handsome stableboy came to help her from getting her gown dirty. The princess and he fell madly in love. They lived in secret love, passionately hidden by the depths of night. One evening the restless king went out to the courtyard for a walk and saw his dear daughter and the stable boy together. Enraged, he arrested the stable boy.
There is a fifty fifty chanse for the boy. We put him in an arena with tigers in a cage on one end and a common lady with whom he can run away with in the other.explained the king to his frightened daugher. He chooses a door and is devoured, or married. Upon explaining his fate to him, the Princess asked what he wanted. The stable boy was frantic, and said, help me, lead me to the woman, I don't want to die, I want to marry. The princess was of course upset, but the stable boy stared into her eyes. Was that love? Or vegenace sparkling? Was it right to live on with someone other than his love?Sure, the princess said. She meant that she would help. She told the stable boy to look up to her booth and she would guide him to the right door.
Standing in the middle of the arena on bare feet, the stable boy heard the emperor scream for him to choose-right or left door? The princess in her booth pointed left. The stable boy walked forward. He put his handle on the door and shakily opened it...
Was her love strong enough so she would forgive and let him marry? Or was the love so intense that she wouldn't let anybody but she have her darling stable boy? The door swung open with a creak on aging hinges...
