This guy is from video game. ^_^ Has anyone played "Legend of Mana" before? It's CUTE!!! And so is Elazul! If you haven't played it, rent it now just to see him. He appears instantly once you enter "Domina", the first town that you enter besides your tree home. And if not because of Elazul... do it for the gameplay, it's so darn kawaii.
Some info... there's at least 6 quests that you can engage in with Elazul and Pearl in them (I completed each one ^_^). Pearl is a shy girl who is under Elazul's protection, Elazul being her knight. They are a race called "Jumi", who can live forever as long as their cores are not damaged (unfortunately, their cores are frail....). My favorite quest is "teardrop crystal", with them in it, and you get to be the hero because you cry for the Jumi, but i don't want to spoil anything. Elazul sometimes talks in a rough manner (his most frequently used quote: "dammit!"). But after about two quests ("two pearls") he will deeply trust in you and you get to keep him in your bed for a little while ... hehe ^_^.
