PEACE

Many times in our lives things come upon us,

For which we question and don't understand,

But God alone with His grace and His mercy,

Gives out the strength that is lacking in man.

To accept what we think might destroy us,

As a blessing in disguise from our God,

Will increase our Christian humility,

And from the Lord we'll get a favorable nod.

With acceptance will come a blissful peace,

That surpasses all the understanding of man,

And nothing can harm or destroy our soul,

For we're secure in the Father's hand.
