SOLID

I wanted to know why the Tears fell from your eyes.
You broke down to tell Me what was once your life, Is slowly dying.
Was it you, I asked. Your response was Just a glazed look.

What is your life? Your Mother, Your Father, Your Sister or Your Brother.
I ask you, In hopes Of reaching out and Being a helping hand.

You only shake your Head, as tears fall Silently down your face.
A single finger points To a mangled mass Of metal.

I cry out in horror, As I realize my Life as I knew it Had
crashed into Tiny broken Pieces. Nothing would ever Be the same.

Though many died In what was a horrific Deed, we were all Brought together.
And what was lost, Was found again. What they couldn't Take away from us
Was our solid Unifcation.
