A place unknown

Windchimes swinging in the night,
A full moon lights up the sky and
It looks as if the sun never went down.
I walk a path through lighted woods,
To a place unknown.

I'm not lost,
And yet I am not
Found.
I listen to the night,
And the windchimes that
whisper my name.

They know I am here,
and yet where am I?
I stare at the sand
Beneath my feet,
As i stumble on
Words to say.

My hoarse voice
Cries out when
Oceans of nothing
Appear before me,
And smother me
Swollowing me
Whole.
