MHLA is a registry for all miniatures 38 inches.
To register a miniature with us it doesn't have to be registered with anything.
Register your backyard pet and boost its price!
Once we get members and registered horses, we'll try to organize some shows.
If you are a miniature horse lover you'll love this association!
We don't discriminate against horses that don't have flawless conformation and even warmly welcome dwarfs!
For a limited time, membership and registration are totally FREE!
This is basically unheard of nowadays!
