His Killings
Colin Ferguson killed a total of 6 people. Among them, Amy
LoCicero, whose parents prayed for their daughter to recover from the bullets.
But when the docter said that there was no hope, they donated her heart, liver,
and kidneys, for transplants.
Also killed, Dennis McCarthy, whose wife turned from homemaker,
to widow, to gun control advocate, to congresswoman.
Ferguson opened fire on the rush hour LIRR train, kiling 6 innocent
people in the spree. Afterwards, there were only two kinds of people left on the
train, the living and the dead. More might have been killed if two passengers had
not tackled Ferguson, while he had paused to reload his gun.
