Director Phleg is the head "boner" at the Boneworks. He is dumb, has the I.Q. of a brick, he smells!, and he dosent look that smart. Phlegs job is to make shure each bone is grinded to prefection. He says his secret is using a Blow Co. saw. His suit is not very colorful it mainly consits of...well...black. His eyes are much tinyer then the rest of the Glukkons wheve seen so far. It looks as if Phleg has the same cigare as Mulluck!
