Here are a few programs useful for editing save files created from Gran Turismo 2 memory saves with PSX Game Edit:
fchop.exe - extract a portion of a file to another
crc32.exe - calculate 32-bit CRC checksum for a file

NEW!!! I've created a command line utility to extract Gran Turismo 2 saves from DexDrive .GME save files into PSXGameEdit-compatible .MCS single-game-save files. Click HERE to download (37K).
NEW!!! gt2db.exe is a program to copy car data from .MCS single game dex save files into an Access database for searching, sorting and comparison purposes. Very simple GUI is self-explanatory. Once you use it, open up the resulting .MDB file with Access 97 to view car specs.
