Talking about being busy According to MTV.com, Aaliyah will be staring in two Matrix movies. She will be working along side Keanu Reeves. "Queen of the Dead" is said to released in December of this year. As for her third album... it's 99% complete. the reported release date is April 24.
Movie's Aaliyah is loving her recent explosion into the world of acting. She has already started filming her second feature film "The Queen of the Damned" where she plays the leading role as Akasha, a vampire. There is also talk about her doing the remake of "sparkle," but nothing has been officially announced as of yet. What about music, you ask? Don't worry. Singing has always been Aaliyah's first love... and she has been working hard on the release of her third album. She hopes to have it completed by this month so that she can release it by the end of the year. Are you ready?
