As a kid first getting into wrestling back in 1985-1986, I found George "The Animal" Steele's antics, notably his green tongue, grunting promos and eating turnbuckles, amusing. I loved the feud with Randy "Macho Man" Savage over Miss Elizabeth, and that led to Savage's feud with Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, culminating in their classic match at WrestleMania III. In hindsight, I've realized just how much I related to Steele. I've experienced the frustration that comes from finding a wonderful girl and trying to get her to spend time with you and being unable to articulate a reason. While I wasn't a grunting wild man, I still never figured out the right way to talk to girls at all.
