 "We Put The Trick, In The Trompe Of Trompe L'Oeil" Paper 'PliqueSometime ago I saw an awesome wall, and like many times before, I set out to duplicate it. After a while I started hearing about a technique referred to as "tissue paper wall". Somehow I just thought there had to be a technical or at least a more creative name for this process so I set out across the internet searching for the appropriate term.Well as to date no one seems to have come up with anything better then Paper 'Plique. This term was coined by Jonathan Talbot I found him in my search under collage artists. I was just looking for anyone familiar with sticking or gluing paper to anything. I told him of my quest for a name,
and after some thought he came up with Paper
'Plique with a little french accent. The following is detailed instructions on the technique we use to create this fabulous finish. There are several other methods, but we find this one to be the easiest.
