CENTER, INC. I HAVE BEEN THINKING ALONG THE LINES OF WRITING A BOOK.
CALLING IT "BATTLEFIELDPENSIONS".
We are please to inform you that effective September 1, 1989, the Carpenters Pension Trust Fund
Plan for Northern California has become signatory to an International Reciprocity Agreement with
the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Article 4 of the plan Reciprocal
Pensions , has been amended to add this International Agreement to the other reciprocal agreements covered by this article. A new Article 5, Transfer of Contributions, has been added to the Pension credits in one plan by tranaferring contributions made on the behalf to his "home" plan.
I wish to call to the attention of all concerned that a dispute exists between me, Elvin F. Scott, and all
of the participants throughout the State of California, and throughout the United States , Canada and
Mexico, in this year of 2000.

Our issues will attack all actions taken to defraud by these illegal acts, but to also attack in any form,

On this day of the 1-13-20, I Elvin F. Scott, went first to the office of the United States Department
of Labor Office of the Inspector General, Deputy Director Labor Racketeering
Division. . I handed him 25 pages and added two more count 27, we had a conversation about some
of the pages.
"It was his job to protect us". He also said, "this was the best information I have
ever brought in to this day of 1st 13-20". He further stated, "bring me the information on the 200".
I said, "will get the names and the records of about 200 Lathers".
I have these names as of the 1st 14-20, will see to it gets the copies of these Lathers from
The Year 1985, who have been swindled out of their fair share of the pie, up to year 2000.

He asked if I had more like this from officials of the Carpenters Pension Trust Fund Plans in the
I said, "Yes I have more from other officials in the State of California. From the Carpenters".
As all will be able to see in a hundred pages to back up these 27 pages, plus as I stated on TV, night
of the 1-11-20, I had another five hundred pages to back up the hundred and twenty seven pages.
Further stated, "Get him some names, and he would contact these persons, plus start an investigation in to what is and
was going on, in these Pension Fund Plans of the Carpenters and the
Lathers, in the State of California.
On the 1-14-20, I will bring him close to 200 names from the year 1985, keep in mine this is just the
Year 1985.
When you all find out in the near future what these unfair persons have done to you and yours. I will be be able to bring a few thousand or more I already have a few hundred who have signed over power
of Attorney to me, as far back as year 1987. From all different participants of different PENSION
PLANS, also went to the United States Department of Labor Office of Labor-Management
Standards, gave them these same 27 pages, informed them that, "said they should do
some jail time".
U. S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR PENSION AND WEFARE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
AND PUT IT IN WRITING THAT " They should do jail time and that he was going
also going to try and get monies due some of these participants".
Same time frame, dropped off 27 pages at the office of Hard Hat Magazine.
Will give different Unions, and others copies of what is going on sent copies to Southern and the
Northern CA, plus sent copies to other Web-Sites.

PROTECT US FROM ALL OF THESE ILLEGAL ACTS AND THE FRAUD THAT EXCIST IN
THE YEAR 2000.
A high-level Department of Labor official once told me,"We all have an ethical obligation to notify anyone who may be eligible to receive a pension". We also have an obligation to protect all retirees' and all
Workers' benefits. I have contacted every Department of Labor office that exists in the United States
To the year 2000, all have coped out to this date of I-14-2000.
