HARDBALL 1

For those who have not played HARDBALL or who have had HARDBALL played against them, HARD BALL comes in many forms at times only one side plays the game other times the other side says, " I want in this GAME". And that is when they intertwine, and the game starts to get interesting. At times we will be in one GAME, and at other times we will be in both GAMES 1 and 2, by entertaining the two, points can be made for and against one side or the other. To give all a better understanding of this GAME will tell a tail or a story, lets say some start the GAME for fun others because they are just plain mean and others because they are unscrupulous, and of course you run into a few who play the game to see who will be the only one standing, this can get interesting. As I Elvin F. Scott, can state I have personally played in these types of HARDBALL GAMES from the year 1941 to the year 2000.

In the STATE GUARD 1941, I introduce my self to three men one a Air Force Colonel, second a Major the third a First Sergeant, in less then 5 minutes the Colonel, ordered the First Sergeant to sew Sergeant strips on my jacket, plus my pay started as of this moment. This come about by me, playing HARDBALL MY way.

Playing HARDBALL my way, Special mission some one playing around in the L. A. river at night, they asked me to put a stop to this person, I said , "Need more rounds they gave me a total of five". I dusted this old boy, this put a stop to any one playing day or night in this part of the L. A. river. I was offered Sergeant stripes, from an ARMY Major.

Once again called in for special duty, every one crossing the air field, one shot above the head of one of these, from that second all including the GUARD came and ask me for permission to cross said field.

Five rounds once again one guards man fired on I had no luck with this one. This one was to keep the GUARDS MEN inside the compound as the OFFICERS were going to play HARDBALL THEIR WAY, the GUARDS MEN DECIDED TO PLAY HARDBALL THEIR WAY. I DECIDED TO PLAY HARDBALL MY WAY : I ENFORMED A BUNCH OF THE GUARDS MEN THERE WAS A HOLE DOWN THE WAY I AM NOT GUARDING SAID HOLE, THIS GATE I AM GUARDING AND NO ONE IS GOING OUT THIS GATE OR OVER OR UNDER OR THROUGH THIS FENCE AS FAR AS I CAN SEE.

THEY MADE A MISTAKE WHEN THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE GOING TO RUN RIGHT OVER ME PERIOD. THEY WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WOULD NOT SHOOT THEM. As they said, " You could only get three of us".

Their BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS MAKING THIS PERSONAL, DUTY IS ONE THING if I had not been on GUARD DUTY would have been on their side and right in their with them. This was my response to THEM, I said, "Three of you are going to be limping, and this BAYONET IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE REST". As I am starting my charge the Captain of the guard came up and said, he had led a BAYONET CHARGE ON THE VETERANS". Not one man went out that GATE OR FENCE while I was on duty, THIS IS HARDBALL 1 IN MY BOOK

Mr. Col L. Bowen, mailed to I. R. S. check for $1,200.00 for year 1997, by a source so far unknown to this date of 4-3-2000, who said he had cashed this check for $7,500.00. WHO CASHED THIS CHECK? WHY WAS THIS CHECK CASHED? HE DID NOT CASH THIS CHECK. IS THIS WHY THEY SENT HIM A CHECK FOR THE SUM OF $1,209.48 DATED 03-24-00, AT 9.48 INTEREST I. R. S? WHO HAS BEEN PLAYING HARDBALL WITH MR. BOWEN 60 YEARS? WHY HAVE THEY BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME OF HARDBALL? ARE WE HORNET'S GOING TO GET THE ANSWERS? "YOU BET" . WILL SHOW UP SOME DAY ON HARDBALL 2.

First there is the MILITARY, they started on my case from first day in, a Sergeant who thought the Guard was a joke and a maintenance carpenter was in this same boat, they had brought in extra men to help and he said, " I have a hot date will Finnish your papers tomorrow". I said, put my Guard time and my Carpenter time in my papers". This was a sample of HARDBALL by this Sergeant his way period". Plus he also thought the C.C.C. was a joke and did not put my time spent in#912 and #2926 work History Construction Sate of California. HARDBALL by all concerned in Southern California CARPENTERS PENSION PLAN on my MILITARY TIME, MY time worked in GLADDING McBEAN as a CARPENTER maintenance man before and after, my Army time.

I was double crossed by the Army, they said, "join and you can be in the HORSE CALVERY by denying me, this right it made me, one of the biggest trouble makers in what ever company they put me in I was put on every dirty detail they could put me on, the more they hung on me like permit latrine duty they had the cleanest latrine of any company the Lt, who was doing the inspections said," From now on you do no more duty in this latrine". He asked, "when was your last pass"? ( My answer never ) (They are trying to break me), reason I will not shave my MUSTACHE OFF, and never had a pass they keep me on 24 hours a day seven days a week duty. He made sure I got passes. This was back firing on all of these so called HARDBALL’S and two of them had orders from the Sergeant to work me over, I said BOYS the first one to lay a hand on me will be dead and so well the second one and than I will take care of this Sergeant.

From that day on we would go out about 2 miles and read sleep all day. Next the Sergeant invites me in and says I like your style. You can hire others to pull any and all of your details, you can be in my special card games, and I would like for you to be in my company full time, will start you out as a corporal, you can have a permeate housing out side the base plus you will not have to go over seas. I said, "OVERSEAS FOR ME". Hit the base for going over seas, First Sergeant said, " I see by your records you are one big trouble maker one foul up and you are gone". I went back home and on the way back landed in jail This old boy called me in and said, "Pack your bags the boat is waiting for you. He had told me straight out he was not hear for my benefit, he knew how to play HARDBALL. This one was on him. "Overseas for me".

The next Sergeant said, "I have been looking over your file, and you are a troublemaker". He had two others besides me, dropped off one then dropped the other one off. He said, I saved you for last I am in the same class as you, and I am taking you into an outfit that meets my and your standards. Brings a bottle out we have a few, he said, " This Captain had been a lawyer, he would have you COURT MARTIALED first chance he got, he has to asked you if you will take seven days as he directs, always take as he directs in this way you beat him every time". Next fool him volunteer every chance you get, this helped in many ways. Every 20 days combat 100% no longer around if your luck holds out you can make Staff Sergeant, he had that right I made Staff Sergeant. Beat 15 COURT MARTIALS, and two firing squads lucky me.

This led to some who called me names like you are crazy, crazy and as nuts as you can get and you have a death wish, they were right up to a point but the death wish was for any one who was trying to kill me. I always said, "Would take as many as I could with me". I can say with some truth a few did have this in mine and a few even tried, In these different time frames, I in one way or another took care of each and every one of these by using my head, by being a nice guy and letting them live. As my favorite using the WORDS one GOES all GO, leaves nothing to your imagination when the forty five is on your head and/or an M1 facing your body and when you have two Tommy's facing your belly and the old boy knows how to use them. Point is when you play this type of HARDBALL, you have to go through with what you SAY or STATE.

I am one lucky GUY. They got my point, do not run out on me in a fight. I also carried six grenades and assorted weapons of destruction namely a forty five a belly gun nine shots, a nine millimeter 14 and one in chamber at all times, plus hear and there a 30 caliber machine gun, plus my M1, and a knife or two. I also confiscated a extra tank in my opinion two better then one and picked up an extra jeep for my very own, the extra half-track the boys picked up for their pleasure, this caused a lot of discussion among all of the officers. My Captain made a deal for my extra tank, he made me, look like a piker and we came to terms.

AS YOU ARE READING AND LOOKING AT THIS MATERIAL I WILL IN DIFFERENT TIME SLOTS, ADD OR PLACE SOME FACT OR FACTS SO YOU AS A READER WILL HAVE A BETTER UNDER STANDING AS THE PUBLIC. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: APRIL 5-1991 MADS J. MUNK,

I Mads J. Munk, went to work as a Carpenter Business Agent in 1958, at that time I was told to tell the carpenter members their working hours would be treated the same as Social Security hours.

(THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA APPEALS COMMITTEE DID NOT DO THIS PERIOD). TiD;;;;;;; BiT,,,,,,,,, I FROM MY FIRST CHECK OR CHECKS FROM YEAR 1984, AND THIS INCLUDES RAISES IN PENSION AND ALL OF THE SO CALLED13 CHECKS FROM BOTH OF THESE TRUSTS OF THE CARPENTERS PENSION IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

I SIGN ALL THESE CHECKS ((((PARTIAL PAYMENT, OR WORDS TO THAT EFFECT. THIS WAS AND IS BEING DONE TO SHOW ALL OF THE PUBLIC, I KNEW FROM THE START WHAT THEY AS TRUSTEES WERE DOING. I LOOK AT IT IN THIS WAY OR FASHION, A JURY, JUDGE, COURT ROOM OR ANY ONE LOOKING AT THIS WOULD VOTE IN MY FAVOR. WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ALL OF YOU THE PUBLIC, IF I AM IN THE RIGHT IN MY THINKING. The year 1960 the members were told they would have to acquire a minimum of 200 hours in a 90 day period-Jan-Feb-March-April-May-June- July-Aug-Sept-Oct-Nov-Dec.

Point : Another way to do you out of your pension: I asked the Trust Office-why the cancellation?

If you have you had less than 200 hours why you could not pay the difference-plus what expense to add to your hours of delinquency-I then brought this up a number of times which cause a lot of discrepancy. Before the next election their were (2) international men ! from Northern California and one from Southern

California came to Santa Marie-they had the Union books locked up-They called a special called meeting to have me removed from office-They had false charges against me I was fined $150.00 with my book removed- I called the Union Lawyer paid $150.00 for a new book (Plus Dues). Two men went out in the field told the members to be sure and vote me out of office the next election. Which they did June 4th 1965, after serving 7 years.

I declare this to be true in all respects, Mads J. Munk. Notary Public year April 5, 1991 THIS IS ONE OF THE DIRTY TRICKS: THERE ARE MORE: I CALLED FRANK WARD (UNION LAWYER, I WAS REINSTATED JUNE 27, 1962. I HAVE MORE FROM Mr. MUNK. SAVE IT FOR THE COURT ROOM.

TiD-BiT: DUE TO A FEDERAL LAW WITH THE ACRONYM HIPPA(HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILTY ACT) YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE ((TO REENROLL IN THE CARPENTERS PLAN.

I BELIEVE NOT TO MANY OF YOU CARPENTERS HAVE EVEN HEARD OF THIS ACT, I HAD A NEW WIFE AND USED THIS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA SHE NOW HAS INSURANCE COVERED BY THE CARPENTERS.

MY POINT:::: WHAT ABOUT ALL OF THE OTHERS WHO ALSO DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS LAW. CHECK IT OUT.

LETTERS WERE SENT BY MY LOCAL UNION #2046, BEFORE 1984, AND AFTER 1984, I ALSO SENT LETTERS AND OTHER LOCALS ALSO SENT LETTERS.

WILL AS WE GO ALONG GIVE YOU AN INSIGHT TO WHAT AND HOW THESE LETTERS WERE ANSWERED.

MORE ON THE BOSTON, MA MARCH THE 3rd & 4th meetings at, Mass. College of Art, Huntington Avenue YORK CITY April 7,8,9 we would also welcome all of these HORNET’S to the NEST.

((( ERISA ))) CALLED THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT ACT INCOME SECURITY ACT OF 1974 (ERISA) THIS ACT IS NOT FOR THE PUBLIC AS IT HAS BEEN USED BY THE EMPLOYERS AND THE UNIONS FOR THEIR BENEFIT. CARPENTERS HAVE BEEN SWINDLED BY THE SAME RULES THAT THESE TWO WON IN THE COURT ROOM. BETWEEN TWO OR MORE PLANS YOUR PENSION AND BENEFITS COUNT FOR ONE PERIOD. EXAMPLES: TEAMSTERS AND LABORS HAVE BEEN FORCED TO JOIN THE PENSION AND BENEFIT GUARANTY CORPORATION AND ARE PROTECTED.

A DEFINED BENEFIT PLAN PROVIDES A SPECIFIED MONTHLY BENEFIT AT RETIREMENT, OFTEN BASED ON A COMBINATION OF SALARY AND YEARS OF SERVICE. 42 MILLION AMERICAN WORKERS -- ONE OF EVERY THREE WORKING PERSONS --IN ABOUT 45,000 DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLANS.

YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK IF YOU ARE IN THE TWO THIRDS NOT COVERED BY THE THE PENSION BENEFIT GUARANTY CORPORATION (PBGC) THE LABOR -MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND DISCLOSE ACT (LMRDA) GUARANTEES CERTAIN RIGHTS TO UNION MEMBERS AND IMPOSES CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ON UNION OFFICERS. PROBLEM IS THEY ARE IMPOTENT AND THEY CAN NOT PROTECT UNION MEMBERS IN CANA DA THEY PROTECT THEIR UNION MEMBERS DO NOT LET THE UNION LEADERS TAKE AWAY THE RIGHTS OF THEIR MEMBERS. THE OFFICE OF LABOR-MANAGEMENT STANDARDS (OLMS ENFORCES MANY LMRDA PROVISIONS WHILE OTHER PROVISIONS SUCH AS THE BILL OF RIGHTS, MAY ONLY BE ENFORCED BY UNION MEMBERS THROUGH PRIVATE SUIT IN FEDERAL COURT.

WE AS HORNETS WORKING AS A TEAM CAN FORCE THE PROTECTION THAT IS NEEDED TO PROTECT US ALL IN THIS YEAR 2000.

Mr. Bryant, is setting up a live TV program one hour with call ins, I have a few reporters who will also be on this show, so they can verify to the truth of what some of the Officials of the Carpenters and/or Lathers have said, these reporters now do believe what I have been putting out about the fraud and all of the graft and corruption going on right up to this date of March 25, 2000. Maybe a Veteran or two, Labor Leader, one for sure. Around six from different walks of life.

We now own this Web-Site from this date March 21, 2000. For those who are going to appear on our program the address is 1855 Folson 15th street at Folson San Francisco, California. As reported UNIONPLAINFACTS.COM MARCH 23, 2000, RICHARD C. BLUM, HUSBAND OF SENATOR DIANE FEINSTEIN WAS PAID THE SUM OF MONEY FROM THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PENSION TRUST, $4,493,058 CONSOLING FEE 1998 PLUS HE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING. IN 1997 HE RECEIVED AS A CONSULTING FEE THE AMOUNT OF $7.8 MILLION. PLUS HE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING #28,327,542.00 AS A PERFORCE FEE BASED ON CUMULATIVE NET INVESTMENT INCOME OF $332,876,190.00 REPRESENTING A 35.28% ANNUAL YIELD ON INVESTMENT FOR PERIOD JULY 1, 1994 TO JUNE 30, 1998.

WHAT TYPE OF AN INCREASE DID THE RETIREES RECEIVE ? WAS IT 5% INCREASE WHICH AMOUNTS TO $40.00 TO $70.00 FOR AVERAGE CARPENTER, PLUS A TEMPORARY 13 CHECK. THESE FIGURE IS FAR FROM THE $32 MILLION RECEIVED BY BLUM.

TELL A FRIEND ABOUT THE UNIONPLAINFACTS.COM AND UP DATES BY THESE TWO WEB-SITES BLUM GETS A HEFTY BONUS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA THE ( CENTER ) SAYS, "YOU BET".

For what it is worth, a member of Carpenters Local Union stated that an official has said, "THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT DOUBLING PENSIONS OF CARPENTERS IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS".

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR THESE WHO ARE TALKING ABOUT THIS: "IS THIS AFTER ALL OF THE PARTICIPANTS PENSIONS BEEN BROUGHT UP TO DATE"?

"DOES THIS INCLUDE ALL OF THE PENSIONERS INCLUDING ALL RETIREES PAST SERVICE TO 2000" ?

THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THEY SHOULD PAY ALL OF THE PARTICIPANTS FIVE TIMES THE AMOUNT WHO HAVE PAST SERVICE TIME COMING TO THEM , NOT TO MANY AROUND. PLUS THE MONEY FROM WHAT’S LEFT OF THE RETIREES GO INTO THE PENSION FUND IN SOUTHERN AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WHEN THEY PASS AWAY. NO ONE LOOSES IF THIS IS DONE. THIS COULD STOP ALL OF THESE LAW SUITS:
