Recap: Thank you guys for being such good friends. I don’t know
what I would do without you.” Mac said as she looked up from her now wet
food. A.J. wiped her tear stained face and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
“It’s our pleasure, right Nick?” A.J. said looking over to the
other side of Mac.
“Definitely.” Nick said almost suspiciously. Mac looked at Nick,
and then back at A.J.
“Something’s not right. What do you two have planned?” Mac said
looking at A.J.
“You’ll see. Don’t worry.” A.J. said turning his attention back
to his food wearing an almost evil grin.
Mac sat at her vanity wondering what A.J. had planned. He called later and said that he would be a little late because he had to pick something up. Mac asked him what it was, but he wouldn’t tell her. Mac was confused. She wanted to know what A.J. had planned, and what he had to pick up.
A.J. called Stacy and told her to take Mac somewhere and buy her a nice dress and get her hair done. Just something that they could do to get Mac out of the house. A.J. had 25 dozen roses delivered to her house. They put them everywhere: in her kitchen, in her living room, in the family room, and in her bedroom. A.J. pulled apart the petals and spread them around Mac’s room. He lit aromatic candles and placed them everywhere in the house, and then he went upstairs to go get ready.
Stace took Mac to the mall to get a new dress and her hair done. Stace took Mac back to her house, even though Mac wanted to her own house. Stace knew of A.J.’s plan and wished him the best of luck. Stace knew they belonged together, and that they were perfect for each other.
A.J. finished dressing and came back downstairs. He had gourmet chefs come and cook an award-winning dinner for him and Mac. A.J. had a car sent to Stace’s house to pick up Mac. He was going to make sure this would be a night that she would remember forever.
