Part One: I Did It!
I sat in a room filled with computers. I was in the new trainer's section of Willow Towns Pokemon Center. It is one of the biggest Pokemon centers in the world. My friends, A.J., Mike, Nick, and me were all taking our Pokemon test. If we passed the test we would get our trainers degree and a Pokemon. All the questions were easy for me and I was sure that I had passed. I had one question left; it was an essay on your favorite Pokemon. I chose Venasaur, but I also mentioned Articuno. I figured this would determine which pokemon I got. I got up and told Officer Jenny that I was done. I met my friends outside. Everyone was confident except for Nick. He was worried he didn't pass. Officer Jenny invited all of the future Pokemon trainers into a room. She told us she would call out everyone who passed the test. Everyone was nervous but I knew I had passed. She Started to call out names, Mark, Jon, Zac, Scott, (Yes that’s me), (Mike one of my friends), Tony, Lisa, Angei, Courtney, Jack, Alex, A.J. (another friend), Robert, Clay, Rob, Rocko, Paul (My worst enemy, we are always putting each other down), and Andy (my enemies friend). Nick hadn't been called. He would have to wait and take the test again in two months. He couldn't join my friends and I who were traveling together. He was devastated, we almost decided to postpone our journey.
Mike, A.J., and I ran to the new Pokemon Center. All of these Pokemon were never trained for any attacks. They obey trainers very well though. Mike was first; five pokeballs were handed to him. One had a Pokemon in it. He called out his Pokemon, it was a Tarous! "Just what I wanted he exclaimed. A.J. stepped up, he got his pokeballs, called out a Pokemon, I was A Persian! I was next, what would I get. I called out my Pokemon. It was a Jynx. I love ice Pokemon! We rushed outside. We found Nick studying A Pokemon book. This would be the last time we saw Nick for a long time! We said our good-byes and Nick promised t catch up with us someday. We all went home to be with our families, because tomorrow we are leaving.
