Pierre~
Our poodle Pierre was raised from 3 months old as our spoiled baby for over 9 yrs. Pierre did anything and everything with our family, he swam in the pool, went camping, traveled to NJ, rode in our boat, and loved to ride in the car & watch TV with Dad. He welcomed Vinnie into our home and were playful together. In May 1997 we put Pierre to rest after finding a lymphatic cancer. Like any other family member we truly miss him.
Vinnie~
In 1996 for Kathie's Birthday we decided to adopt another dog. We came upon this little guy who was saved from the pound by an animal adoption agency showing their dogs in a local pet store. No one wanted to adopt this sad looking pup, because he was handicapped, with a bum leg. While a stray he somehow broke his right hind leg, that healed frozen in place and walked on 3 legs. We took him home & loved him, Joey named him Pierre's cousin Vinnie- since he was a maltese that made him an italian dog! After two months Vinnie had surgery to repair his leg, & in two more months he was using the leg as if it was never broken. Needless to say he has become so spoiled!!
