  • Martin Andrepont Jr. - was born at Prairie Ronde, Louisiana, on 14 August 1873, the son of Martin Andre Pont and Ermina Pitre. He died on 9 July 1948. He married on 11 Dec 1894 in St.Landry Catholic Church in Opelousas, Louisiana. Her name was Martha Bertrand (1878-1938), daughter of Francois Alcide Bertand and Mathilde Boudreaux.
