Lucy panicked, Brian was acting so weird, and now he just left. She tried not to cry. But it was hard, she managed and walked back to the party. She saw Brian drinking a newly opened beer.

"Luc, are you ok?" AJ asked.

"I'll be fine" She replied not looking AJ in the eye.

"Sweetie, are you sure?" AJ questioned.

"Yeah"

**AFTER EVERYONE LEFT**

"Wow, that was sooo much fun" Sara smiled (she was spending another night) as she sat down on a couch.

"I'd say, man I haven't had that much fun in a long time" AJ agreed.

"Yeah, but I'm beat, I'm gonna head to bed" Megan sighed. Kevin agreed.

"BRIAN THATS ENOUGH!!" everyone heard Nick yell.

Everyone ran out back to where they were.

"Nick whats going on?" Howie asked.

"Nothing, but get that beer away from Brian" Nick begged

Howie and AJ held Brian and Nick took the beer.

"NICK YOUR GONNA DIE!" Brian yelled and got free and punched him.

"BRIAN STOP!!" Lucy yelled.

"MAKE ME!" He yelled back.

"Please" She whispered as a tear rolled down her cheek.

Brian looked in her eyes "I'm going to bed" he mumbled and walked inside.

"Luc, we'll talk to him in the morning" Howie insisted.

"Thanks" Lucy sniffed and she headed up to her room.

She walked in her bathroom and Brian was puking in her toilet.

"Brian, are you ok?" Lucy asked.

Brain just puked again.

"Lucy, I feel yucky" Brian mumbled and carried himself to her bed and fell on it.

"Brian, get outta my bed. Theres no way your sleeping there" Lucy stated.

Brian didn't answer just grabbed Lucy and pulled her down by his side.

"Lucy, go to sleep" Brian mumbled and Lucy pushed him off her.

"Brian, go take a cold shower, NOW!" Lucy yelled.

Brian glared at her and stumbled to the shower.

When Lucy heard Brian fall she went in there.

"Lucy I don't feel good" Brian cried.

"DUH! YOUR DRUNK" Lucy yelled and Brian cried more.

"Brian snap outta it" Lucy told.

"I need to get a shower" Brian stated.

"Yeah, I'm not helping, get in there with your clothes on for all I care." Lucy stated.

"No, I can't, your not sa'posta take a shower with your clothes on" Brian said in a little kids voice.

Lucy starred at him, she didn't know what to do "Take your clothes off, I'll be in the other room" Lucy gulped.

"No, I want you to stay" Brain whined.

"No, I can't." Lucy stated and walked into her room.

"Lucy, I need your help" Brian called.

"Why?"

"Just come here" Brian called again.

Lucy slowly walked into her bathroom, scared of what she was gonna see.

"Luc, baby. I love you" Brian stated. Lucy opened her eyes and he was dressed, in nothing but boxers.

"No you don't Brian, get in the shower" Lucy stated and turned on the water on. Then she turned back around and Brian was taking off his boxers. Lucy was shocked and walked outta the bathroom, as Brian got in the shower.

20 min later Brian walked outta the bathroom, with a towel around his waste.

"Lucy" Brian whispered, Lucy opened her eyes and looked at Brian.

"Baby, I do love you" Brian stated and grabbed her hands and kissed her lips. Lucy pushed him away.

"Brian get dressed and get to bed." Lucy ordered.

"Will you stay with me?" Brian asked.

"No, your staying with me" Lucy smiled, after Brian got dressed he slipped into the bed and put his arms around Lucy and she played with his hair, 'til he feel asleep in her arms. She too, fell asleep.

THE NEXT MORNING

Lucy woke up and looked over at Brian, he was still sleeping like a sick baby. Lucy sighed and slowly started to get outta bed.

"Lucy, don't go" She heard Brian mumbled.

"Brian, I'm gonna go get you some Tylenol, and stuff" Lucy lightly stated Brian nodded. Lucy walked down stairs, Sara and AJ were sleeping on the couch in each other arms, and Nick on the floor in front of the TV. She smiled and grabbed some water and Tylenol, then headed up the steps to her room.

"Brian" Lucy whispered.

"Baby, I'm sorry" Brian stated. Lucy didn't answer, she didn't want to talk about it, til he was better.

"Here you go" Lucy handed Brian the stuff.

"Thanks sweet"

"Lucy come lay with me please, my head hurts so bad and I want you here" Brian asked.

Lucy agreed and played with Brians hair.

"That feels so good" he whispered. Lucy smiled and kissed his forehead. Brian sighed and closed his eyes, and he snuggled into Lucys neck. Every breath Brain would take she smiled, cuz it tickled.

Brian began to kiss her neck, and she didn't pull away. Lucy let him. Brain stopped and looked at her.

"Sorry" he stated lightly and Lucy just held him tightly.

"Lucy my head feels fine now, are you awake? Brian questioned. He didn't get an answer, is mind traveled back to last night, and everything he said to her. He knew he was gonna get it. Thats when Lucy woke up.

"Are you ok?" Lucy questioned. Brian nodded.

"Brian, we gotta talk" Lucy sighed and sat up.

"Lucy, I'm sorry" Brian stated.

"Brian, thats not good enough. you hurt me, and you knew you were, but you didn't stop" Lucy stated.

"Lucy, what do you want me to do?" Brian asked.

"I don't know" Lucy replied as a tear rolled down her cheek.

"I need a cold shower" Brian stated.

"You took one last night" Lucy reminded.

"I did?"

"Yeah" Lucy whispered.

"What? I don't"

"You were drunk Brian, tottaly outta it!" Lucy yelled and got up.

"Lucy, wait" Brian called. He followed her into the bathroom.

"Brian, I have to go to the bathroom, if you don't mind" Lucy stated.

"We'll talk after?" Brian questioned.

"Yeah" She replied lightly and Brian stepped outta the bathroom.

"Brian, good your awake, now that its 1 in the afternoon. Now get down stair, we gotta talk to you!" Howie told.

"D, wait, I have to talk to Lucy first" Brian stated.

"We'll ALL talk together, we need to" Howie insisted and Lucy stepped outta the bathroom.

"Bri, we'll all talk together"

"See B, now we also all have to talk to Lucy, remember?" Howie questioned Brian sighed and they slowly walked down the steps.

"Lucy, I'm gonna make this up to you. Is swear" Brain whispered in her ear.

"Bri, whats gotten into you lately?" Nick asked.

"I don't know man, but I think its passed, I am so sorry, for everything, to everyone, and Lucy, I meant that, I wish I could take everything back, but I can't, and I truly am so sorry" Brian stated, AJ and Sara weren't even listening, they were making out on the couch.

"Brian, I think its gonna take time to make sure you won't do it again" Kevin stated.

"I saw how much it hurt everyone, I won't do anything like that again! Besides AJ does it all the time." Brian yelled.

"I DO WHAT?" AJ called.

"Get drunk! But he doesn't turn mean" Howie pointed out. Brian sighed.

"Lucy, I'm sorry" Brian said and took her hand.

"I know" Lucy whispered and got up.

"Shes not gonna forgive you right away" Kevin stated.

"I can see that, Nick and I have to say sorry again to you, your my best friend. I'm sorry I let you down" Brian stated.

"Its ok, but you scared me" Nick replied.

Brian hugged him.

"Lucy, I need, to talk to you alone" Brian stated.

"Wait, we need to tell her first" Kevin reminded.

"Ohh yeah" Brian sighed.

"What is it?" Lucy questioned.

"Its nothing bad, but were gonna be touring again, we leave next week" Kevin told.

Lucy smiled "Do I get to go?" She asked.

"Sure sweetie, you and Megan are a part of me now, you have to go" Kevin smiled brightly. Lucy smiled more.

"This is great" Lucy gushed and fell back on her bed.

"Yeah, can't wait to get out and perform again" Brian smiled brightly, now this was the Brian Lucy loved.

"Brian, why?" Lucy asked.

"I don't know, I really don't" Brian stated lightly.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" Lucy asked.

"No baby, but I am sooo sorry, I love you Lucy, If I ever act like that again slap me so hard" Brian smiled and leaned over her.

"Ok" She laughed.

He smiled and laid on her and hugged her close.

"Christmas is in 2 weeks" Lucy stated in a whisper.

"I know, were gonna be on the road" Brian said, Lucy flinched, cuz he was talking in her neck.

"That tickles" Lucy giggled. Brian smiled and started kissing her neck.

"Brian" Lucy lightly stated.

"Hmm?"

"We can't"

"But Lucy" Brian whined.

"Brian please" Lucy lightly replied.

"Lucy, please, just this once, just forget everything" Brian begged.

Lucy sighed "Brian, I can't, I don't want it to ruin our friend ship" Lucy lightly stated.

"It won't, I promise." Brian smiled, Lucy looking up at him. Brian didn't wait for an answer, he started kissing her neck again, but then lead to her lips.

"Brian no, I mean it" Lucy stated and Brian got off her.

"Lucy, I wouldn't ruin out friend ship" Brian stated.

"Ohh no you don't, Don't you get ALL mad at me, cuz I said no, and pushed you away" Lucy yelled.

"Baby please, I'm sorry"

"Brian, no your not, your sorry I said no" Lucy replied.

Brian smiled "Sorry, I'm a guy, can't help it" He giggled. Lucy smiled and hugged him.

"Theres tons of girls for you Bri, I just don't think I'm one of them." Lucy lightly stated.

Brian laughed "Lucy, believe me, You ARE NOT my dream girl, so I know your not for me!"

"HA HA very funny snot bag" Lucy teased.

"Dork face"

"Freak nut"

"Ohh Luc, that hurt. Your a two faced snot bag and YOU DRIVE ME CRAZY" Brian yelled.

"YOU DRIVE ME CRAZY TO" Lucy yelled back, then they both started laughing 'til there stomachs hurts.

"B, that one was sooo stupid" Lucy giggled.

"I know, your sooo stupid" Brian shot back.

"I am not, you are"

"No daddys girl, you are" Brian smiled and kissed her cheek.

"Watch it Brian" Lucy said and stepped away.

"Luc, I wasn't gonna kiss you" Brian stated.

"Um, I know" Lucy stated and walked out the door to talk to Kevin about the tour.

"What did I do" Brian asked himself, he desided to take off in his jeep.

"WAIT BRIAN!" Nick called, but he didn't stop, he kept going.

"Man what is going on with him latly" Nick huffed and fell back on the couch.

"He'll get over it Nicky" AJ stated.

"Whats going on with him though?" Nick asked.

AJ was deep in thought "He just got rejected by the girl he loves the most" AJ smiled.

"Yeah right, Brian wouldn’t try anything with Luc." Nick chuckled.

"Who says he tried it with Lucy"

Nick was stumped "Cuz I know he loves her more then any other girl" Nick stated a mater of-fact.

"Yeah, but I was joking, I think, well, him and Lucy are going through some stuff right now." Nick sighed.

"Hey AJ, wanna go to the movies?" Sara asked.

"Sure babes" AJ smiled and kissed her as they walked out the door. Nick rolled his eyes, when Tess entered the room.

"Hey Nicky" Tess smiled brightly.

"Hey" Nick mumbled.

"Whats your problem?" Tess asked sitting next to him, who was laying down.

"Nothing, Just Brian and Lucy, there going through some stuff. I'm just worried 'bout him" Nick stated.

"Yeah, but there gonna work it out" Tess smiled.

"How can you always be so happy" Nick asked.

"How can I not? I'm having so much fun, being here, but you never hang out with me" Tess sighed and laid her head on Nick stomach.

"Sorry" Nick whispered.

"SO, have a girlfriend?" Tess caually asked.

"Well, umm, no" Nick blushed, in the dark. Tess smiled and put her head by Nicks shoulder. Nick smiled to himself and slipped his hand around her waste.

"Wanna watch a movie?" Nick asked. Tess nodded with a smile.

"Kay, now what one?" Nick asked as he got up.

"Umm, how about Titanic, like in LA" Tess smiled brightly and Nick melted.

"Fine by me!" Nick agreed and walked over to the couch, after putting the tape in.

"Here let me lay on the inside" Nick smiled Tess agreed and when Nick laid down he slipped his hands tightly around her.

"Kev, what do I need to bring?" Lucy asked.

"Everything! Anything you'll need" Kevin smiled, as did Megan.

"Well, I think thats about it, I've been asking you questions for the past half hour" Lucy giggled and left.

"Shes a real nice girl Megan" Kevin stated.

"Yeah she is" Megan agreed with a smile.

Kevin smiled back, then kissed her lips lightly, at first.

"Megan I love you" Kevin stated looking into her light green eyes.

"I love you too" She smiled and kissed him so more.

"Howie, where’s my book?" Cassy asked.

"Umm, what does it look like?" Howie asked.

"Its black and red" Cassy stated.

"Ohh, man, I brought that to my house, I thought it was AJ's, we can go get it if u want"

Cassy smiled "Ok, how far?" She asked.

"20min" Howie smiled and they left.

"Nick, Cassy?" Lucy questioned.

"Hmm?" Nick replied.

"Where Brian, or Sara?" she asked.

"Oh Brain left, who knows where he is now, and Sara’s with AJ" Tess smiled.

"Brian left?" Lucy asked.

"yeah" With that Lucy le ft and ran up to Kevin and Megans room.

Lucy walked into there room and they were kissing "Lucy" Megan stated and shot up. "oops sorry, I was gonn ask if I could go to Taylors" Lucy smiled

"Sure, be back before 1, since its a weekend" Megan smiled, Kevin was about to say something but Megan covered his mouth and told Lucy to run.

Lucy did just that, and right out the door.

"Tess, are you awake?" Nick asked lightly.

"Mmm hmm"

"OK" Nick laughed and held her tighter then grabbed a blacket and put it over the both of them.

"Taylor, where your mom or dad?" Lucy asked.

"Well, my mom doesn't live here, and my dads prob'ly at a bar" Taylor replied.

"Oh"

"So, you wanna go up stair to my room, we can play video games" Taylors face lit up.

Lucy laughed "Sure Tay tay" Lucy smiled and Taylor blushed at the use of his nick name.

"Your so cute" Lucy smiled and took his hand and they walked up the steps.

Taylor turned on the tv and play Nintendo 64 and poped in a game.

"Taylor, me and Brian aren't doing to well" Lucy whispered from his bed.

Taylor looked up at her, his blue eyes wide.

"Are you ok?" He asked.

"Yeah, but wish I could find out what’s going on with him"

"Lucy, no what I just realized?" Taylor smiled.

"What?"

"That your so pretty, and when your tried or sad, your eyes get really really dark brown, your so pretty" Taylor stated slowly and slowly got on his bed and took her hand into his.

Lucy blushed "thanks" she whispered. Taylor smiled and bought his lips to hers.

"Lucy, is this ok?" Taylor asked his lips bearly touching hers. Lucy smiled and kissed him.

"Lee, lets go back to Kevin’s, we can hang out. Whatever" Brian smiled, Lee agreed with him and they headed to Kev and Megs place.

"Brian, we can't watch a movie down here, Nick and some girl are sleeping there" Lee said.

"Thats Tess, I hope anyway. Well, umm, lets go to Lucys room. Ask her if we could use her tv and stuff" Brian suggested Lee soon agreed.

Brian and Lee walked up to her room and it was empty.

"Maybe we shouldn't" Lee stated.

Brian looked at her in shock. "No its ok" Brian stated and they popped a tape in and Laid on Lucy’s bed.

"Taylor, your so sweet" Lucy stated.

"I learn from the best" Taylor smiled and kissed her again. She, of course kissed him back.

"Omigosh" Lucy screeched.

"What is it sweetie?" Taylor asked with concern in his eyes.

"You have a girlfriend" Lucy lightly stated.

Taylor looked at the design on his bed set, "We broke up" he whispered.

"Ohh, I'm sorry" Lucy stated.

Taylor smiled "Why are you sorry, here I am making out with you, So its a good thing" Taylor stated and kissed her again.

"Lee" Brian whispered and pulled away, from there lip lock.

"Hmm?" She questioned.

Brian smiled "Nothing" he stated and started kissing her some more.

"Taylor, its getting late, I should go" Lucy slowly stated.

Taylor smiled at her "Ok sweetie pie, I'll walk you home" Taylor offered and helped her up off the bed.

"Sure" Lucy agreed.

"Good" Tay stated and kissed her again, as they walked down the steps.

"Tess wake up" Nick called.

"Hmmm?"

"Tessy get up"

"Nicky, go away" Tess whined.

Nick laughed and forced Tess to get up.

"What do you want Nick?" Tess asked hugging him, as he made her stand up.

"I woke up, were gonna go to the guestroom." Nick stated, Tess didn't answer just followed Nick.

When they reached the room, Nick helped her lay down. He walked around the other side and laid on the edge of the bed.

"Well, here we are, I'll call you ok sweetie pie?"

"Alright" Lucy smiled and kissed Taylor one last time before she walked in the house. Taylor smiled and started on his way back to his own house.

Lucy, very tiredly, walked slowly up to her room, she finally reached it and opened the door. Whats she saw was, Brian and that witch of a girl, Lee making out on HER bed.

"BRIAN!!" Lucy screamed, waking EVERYONE in the house.

"Ohh my god, Lucy" Brian stated.

"Lee, get outta my room. Man get outta my house" Lucy ordered, Lee did just that, but not before kissing Brian one last time.

"Brian you are so dead, man can't believe you, you know how sick that is? Lucy yelled.

"What’s going on?" Megan asked walking into her room.

"BRIAN WAS MAKING OUT ON MY BED WITH LEE"

"Brian, I think its best if you leave" Megan told, Brian just stood there in shock.

"Brian get out!" Lucy screamed, and Kevin walked in.

"Whats going on?" He asked.

"Nothing, Brian was just about to leave!" Lucy glared at Brian and shoved him out the door.

"I can't believe him. This time, hes pushed his luck!" Lucy told.

"Luc, just don't let him in your room anymore" Megan said.

"Good idea" Lucy agreed, and everyone went to bed, leaving Kevin clue-less.

Lucy was just laid down in her bed, when her phone rang. She sighed and picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Hey Lucy, just calling to tell you 'goodnight and sweet dreams" Taylor stated sweetly.

Lucy smiled "You to"

"Night" Taylor said hung up the phone.
