Lucy just did the hardest thing she would ever have to do. That was say goodbye to her father one last time. She cried softly through the whole thing. But her friends were all there to comfort her. When it was all over with Lucy said her goodbyes to her father and they all left. Kevin and Megan went to talk to Jane about Lucy. Lucy went back to Kellys with everyone else.

"Lucy, you ok?" Kelly asked.
"Yeah, I'm ok" Lucy said.
"Lucy I love you. Don't forget that. You ever want some one to talk to, I'm here" Brian told.
"I know, thanks Brian" Lucy said giving him a hug.
"So, you happy about living with Kevin?" Howie asked.
"Yeah! But then he'll be like my father type person. I'm not sa’posta thing my father is hot!" Lucy told with a smile. A smile that hadn't seen in a few days.
"You think Kevs hot?" Nick asked laughing.
"Yes, hes very hot!: Lucy told. Everyone just laughed.

"Kev, Meg, your back!" AJ said, it had been a few hours Lucy was laying in Brians arms awake. Megan and Kevin walked in and looked at Lucy.
"Well?" AJ asked.
"Well, you can just change my name to daddy Kevin" Kevin giggled. Lucys face lit up and gave Megan and Kevin big hugs. Everyone smiled and was happy with that.
"But Kev, you do know, most of the time she'll be sleeping at my place. Right?" Brian stated with a smile.
"Umm, yes, but not in the same bed. No daughter of mine is gonna be in any guys room. Not until shes 32" Kevin joked.
"Ahh, Kevin, I think your getting a little carried away." Megan laughed.
"I know, but its fun" Kevin smiled and kissed her.
"This is what I have to live with!" Lucy exclaimed and sat down and sighed.
I miss him so much, its killing me. But I know he loved me, hes always gonna be looking over me. Always. Lucy thought to herself.
Her thoughts were broke when Brian kissed her cheek.
"Hey girl, were gonna go pack up your stuff, you wanna come or you wanna stay here?" Brian asked.
"Umm, I'll go" Lucy stated lightly and they all headed towards Lucys uncles old house and her real fathers.

"LUCY, COME ON WERE LEAVEING TO HEAD TO THE AIR PORT. PLUS THE LOADING TRUCK IS HERE!!" Megan yelled up the steps to her dads, Mark, house.
"Wow, dad I love you, I miss you, and I know your gonna be looking over me. Like you always have. I, I have our song, I'm gonna let it sit in my CD player. Just let it be how it was. I gotta go. I love you daddy" Lucy said to herself as she walked out of her room, not looking back, she had tears in her eyes. On the way down the steps she could have swore she heard the faint sound of "Butterfly Kisses" coming from her bedroom. That was her and her fathers song.

"Come on Luc, we gotta pack up" Megan said.
"I know" She slightly smiled and hugged her.
"You ok?" Megan asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine" Lucy forced a smile and put some boxes in the truck.

"Well, I guess this is it. I'll see you girls soon." Lucy began to say good-bye, but then just hugged Tess, Cassy and Kelly.
"Now Lucy, not that your gonna be living in Orlando, you can go to school, where I went to school" AJ smiled.
"Ohh yippy skippy" Lucy joked.
*********BACK HOME IN ORLANDO*********
(Man Time flys doesn't it?..anyway)
"Kev, can Lucy stay with me tonight. Please?" Brian begged.
Kevin smiled "Sure"
"Thanks Kev" Brian smiled.
"Anytime" Kevin smiled back.
"Hey Nick, I still owe you a guys night out. We'll do that tomorrow, ok?" Brian asked as he was heading up to bed.
"Ok" Nick smiled.
"Ok, well, Lucy and me are heading to bed. See you all in the morning" Brian said and walked up the steps.

"Hey daddys girl, how ya doing?" Brian asked stepping into his room.
"Don't call me that" Lucy whispered not even looking at him.
"Sorry, Lucy, is there anything I can do to help?" Brian asked turning her to face him.
"No, I don't think so" Lucy told.
"You wanna stay here tonight?" Brian asked.
"Yeah" Lucy breathed and hugged him.
"Good, now I'm gonna go talk to Kev and Megan real quick, then I'll be back. Ok?
"Sure Bri, I'll be in bed hopefully asleep." Lucy stated and Brian smiled.

"So Kevin, your taking in Lucy" Brian sighed taking a seat on the couch in the guest bedroom.
"Yeah, I couldn't let her leave." Kevin smiled.
"Besides, shes a sweet girl. You need to know she ok. With me and Megan, she will be" Kevin told.
"And, she needs to be around people she knows" Megan added.
"Well, I wish I could help her. Its one thing after another. Shes been through so much." Brian stated quietly.
"I know" Megan sighed.

Brian walked back to his room and saw Lucy crying on his bed. He walked over to her and laid next to her. Not saying a word.
*******THE NEXT MORNING*******
Brian woke up and looked over at Lucy, she was stareing at the cealing aimlessly. She just laid there not saying a word. Not moving a inch.
"Lucy?" Brian called.
"Hmm?" Was Lucys reply.
"You gonna get up?" He asked.
"Hmmm" Was Lucys response
"Hey, sweetie, you get to move your stuff into Kev and Megans place today" Brian told.
"Lucy, come on lets go get something to eat." Brian suggested.
"No thats ok, I'm not hungry"
"Lucy, you are gonna get up and eat. Now come on!" Brian ordered.
"Brian, don't yell. Just leave me alone" Lucy shot back.
"No, I can't do that. I want you to come with me, down stairs." Brian said pulling get hand. Lucy got up slowly.
"Brian I miss him so much" Lucy began to cry in Brians arms.
"I know, its gonna be alright. Me, the guys and the girls are gonna take good care of you. Promise" Brian soothed.
"I know, but why did he have to leave? I want him back with me so much" Lucy sobbed.
"We know. I know" Brian stated and just held her for what seemed like forever.
Brian was just holding Lucy and then he felt a gust of cold air. He knew what it was. He could feel Lucys dads presence there. He knew he was always gonna watch over them.
"Ready to go eat?" Brian asked.
"Yeah" Lucy agreed.
As they walked of Brians room. Brian swore he heard the faint sound of Lucys father saying "Take Care Of Her, Keep He Safe" Brian stopped walking. He looked behind him but there was nothing.
"Brian what is it?" Lucy asked.
"Nothing sweetie, Nothing" Brian smiled and Lucy just looked at him weirdly.
"I Will, don't worry." Brian thought as he looked up toward the sky.
"Brian are you ok?" Lucy asked.
"I'm fine, and you?" He asked with a smile.
"Fine" Lucy slowly stated.
"So, you still my Daddys girl?" Brian asked.
Lucy thought for a min. "Yes" She replied, with a bright smile.
"Great" Brian smiled back and kissed her cheek.
*LATER THAT DAY*
"Ok, now that all your boxes are in here. All you have to do is un-pack them" Kevin started. They had just got Lucys stuff and had finished bringing all them in Kevin house.
Lucy smiled. "Thanks so much for lettin' me stay here"
"Its my pleasure" Kevin smiled as did Megan.

"Now this can go here" Lucy said and set up her tv on one of the dressers.
"I gotta do something bout that bed set. Black is so ugly" Lucy thought and pulled out her pink bed spade and everything to go with it.
"Now my posters I'll hang up some other time, maybe Bri will help me." Lucy sighed and laid back on her new queen sized water bed.
"I think I'm gonna be ok." Lucy said to herself smiling.
"Yes you are" She heard Brians voice.
"Hey B" Lucy smiled.
"Hey Nick!" Lucy again smiled.
"Hey!" They both said.
"Wow, this place looks nice" Brian commented.
"Thank you" Lucy smiled.
"So how you been?" Nick asked.
"Ok, I've been better. but I know hes watching over me. So I have nothing to worry about" Lucy stated.
"Yeah he is" Brian smiled at Lucy.
"Hey Luc, remember that one night at my parents house. We just kept walking and walking. Not saying a word?" Brian asked leaving Nick clueless.
"Yeah" Lucy lightly stated.
"Ok, just asking" Brian smiled at her and laid on her bed.
"Woooh, its a water bed!" Brian gushed.
"Yep!!" Lucy commented.
"Now I can sleep here" Brian smiled.
"No way, your not sleeping in my nice clean sheets" Lucy teased.
"Wooh Bri, shes told you" Nick laughed.
"Lucy shut up!, I shower" Brian giggled.
"Yeah like once a month" Lucy laughed.
"Nuh Huh, not true!" Brian protested. Lucy and Nick only laughed.

"Well Bri, Lucy, I gotta go, my sister and I are going shopping back home. So I gotta get goin' See-yas later!" Nick smiled and was gone just like that!.

"KEVIN LUCY HIT ME!!!!" Brian yelled from Lucys room.
"I did not you lair!" Lucy protested and Kevin and Megan appeared in the door way.
"What man?" Kevin asked.
"Lucy, shes beating on me!" Brian told.
"Lucy, more power to ya kid" Kevin laughed. Brian started to pout.
"But Kev, man, look at this red mark" Brian took off his shirt and on his chest was a small mark.
Kevin started laughing. "Bri, it looks like a hickey to me" Megan started laughing also.
"KEVIN!!" Brian yelled.
"What? It does" Kevin smiled.
"Well its not! Unless its from Lee" Brian added.
"But no, I would have remembered." Brian stated.
"Well anyway. Were gonna go out for diner. You 2 wanna come?" Megan asked.
"Nope!" Both Lucy and Brian stated.

"Lucy, that wasn't a hickey, I swear" Brian told her for like the 100th time.
"Okay, Bri, shut up about it." Lucy joked.
"Fine" He sighed and sat on his bed.
"B-Rok, can you help me put up some of my posters?" Lucy asked sweetly.
"Sure thing!" He smiled.
"Thanks"

"Lucy, you can't hang that poster up of me. I look horrible without a shirt" Brian told.
"Well Bri, If I thought that then I wouldn't want it on my wall." Lucy pointed out.
"I always knew you thought I was hot" Brian laughed.
"Yeah as if!" Lucy added.
"No one asked you" Brian giggled.
"Hey Luc, when are you gonna be sweet 16?" Brian asked.
"Umm, next month. Dec. 11th" Lucy told.
"Ohh ok" Brian smiled and kissed her cheek outta the blue.
"Hey lets go out somewhere. Like to the beach. For a walk" Brian suggested. Lucy thought for a minuet. Then agreed.

"Brian, can you please not touch me stomach......" Lucy asked trialing off. Her and Brian were chaseing each other on the beach.
"Sure thing" Brian slightly smiled.
"Thanks" Lucy whispered and walked ahead of Brian.
"Hey Luc, whats going on, are you ok?" He asked.
"Sure Bri, I'm fine" Lucy faked a smile.
"Luc, I know you better then that. Come on tell me whats wrong" Brian begged.
"B, its nothing. I'm kinda tired though. Its what. 1:00 in the morning?"
"Fine, lets get you home. You gonna sleep at Kev's tonight?" He asked.
"Yeah" Lucy stated lightly.

Brians jeep pulled up to Kevin’s place. All the lights were on. Brian and Lucy quietly made there way for the front door.
"BRIAN WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!?!?" Kevin yelled.
"I took Lucy to the beach" Brian stated.
"Well Bri, please have Lucy home before 12:00 for now on. OK?" Kevin asked.
"Kevin shes safe with me. Come on give me a break" Brian stated.
"I'm sorry Kevin, I'll be home before 12:00 for now on." Lucy told.
"Kay" Kevin smiled.
"Goodnite Kevin" Lucy smiled and hugged him goodnight. She smiled at Brian and went to her new room.

"Kev, I can't believe you yelled at me for that. She my friend. Its not like I'll hurt her" Brian yelled.
"Bri, I have to take good care of her. She needs her sleep. Shes gonna be going to school next week. So she needs to get use to this life. Here" Kevin yelled back.
"Fine, I'm gonna head up" Brian told.
"No, Bri, your not sleeping in her bed with her. You can sleep on the couch in the living room." Kevin told.
"Kev!, come on, I need to know shes ok. I have to be there for her. When she wakes up" Brians mind raced.
"Bri, shes gonna be fine." Kevin said.
"No, Kev, shes not. Shes hurting inside. She needs some one" Brian said lightly.
"Fine, but when school starts she can't be doing that." Kevin smiled.
"Thanks man" Brian smiled back and headed up the steps.

"Hey sweetie" Brian smiled walking into her room.
"Hi" She said.
"You ok?" He asked.
"Sure thing"
"Alright, I'm gonna go get changed" Brian smiled brightly and walked into her bathroom that was attached to her room.

Brian came back and Lucy was half asleep in her warm bed. He smiled and laid next to her. They both soon fell asleep.

Lucy woke up, she was burning hot. She didn't wake Brian, she got up and walked down the steps and laid on the couch in the living room. Just thinking.
THE NEXT MORNING
Megan had gone to work. She didn't even see Lucy, she got a job at a Laser Tag place. Kevin walked in and Lucy was watching tv.
"Hey Lucy, sleep good?" Kevin asked, making Lucy jump a little.
"Oh, yeah, I didn't have a dream til like 3, but I came down here. Brians still sleeping" Lucy told.
"Why didn't you wake him up?" asked Kevin.
"Just because. So he could sleep. Besides. I wanted to come down here." Lucy trailed off.
"Are you ok?" He asked.
"Sure, I'm fine" Lucy told and got up.
"Well, Kevin, I'm gonna go get in the shower." Lucy smiled.
"Alright." He smiled back.

"Kev, wheres Lucy?" Brian asked walking into his room.
"Shes in the shower. Bri, I think its the best if you don't sleep in her room anymore. She needs her space" Kevin told.
"Kev.I"
"No, last night when she woke up she came down here. Shes not comfy with it anymore just give her space." Kevin said and that was finale.
"Fine, I'm gonna go home. Tell Lucy I'll stop by to see her later." Brian sighed.
"Well, today I'm gonna take her. To, that Bed, Bath and Beyond To get her some cool stuff for her room" Kevin stated.
"Fine, tell her I said bye" Brian said and slammed the door shut.

"Kev, there is no way I'm gonna put that ugly thing in my room. Its black! My room colors are Pink and Backstreet" Lucy laughed.
"Fine" Kevin chuckled.
"Here how about this?" Kevin asked holding up a ugly looking bottle. Lucy just laughed and rolled her eyes.
"Fine" He sighed.
"How about this??" Lucy asked holding up a pink blow up chair.
"Thats real ugly, but if you like it" Kevin laughed lightly.
"Keviv, will people treat me weird, cuz I live with a "Backstreet Boy?" Lucy asked.
"I don't know kid, its gonna be hard. We start going back into the studio and stuff next week also. Just be your self and you'll make friends." Kevin smiled brightly.
"Yeah, I know I'll make friends. But I don't know what reason there my friends for" Lucy said sadly.
"Don't worry about it. You'll know. Gut feeling. But if you don't and being a friend home. I'll know..I've had lots of practice" Kevin told.
"Thanks Kev"
"Anytime" Kevin replied.

"Kev, why did Bri leave today?" Lucy asked as they walked into a grouchy store.
"Um, we got into a small argument. But its ok. He'll stop by later to see you. Don't worry"
"Alright. Can he spend the night?" Lucy asked with a big smile.
"You really want him to?"
"Yes! He can watch movies and eat junk food!!" Lucy giggled.
"Ok, as long as you don't get to loud" Kevin agreed.
"Thank you soo much!! Don't worry we'll be quiet" Lucy hugged him.
"Ok, so what kinda food you want for tonight?" Kevin asked. Lucys eyes lit up and said. "I want major ice cream!!" Lucy gushed.
"Alright, I gotta get milk and stuff. Go pick out some ice cream and other junk" Kevin smiled. And Lucy was gone into the aisle "int ~n~ Chip! Chips I need chips!" Lucy thought and looked for some chips.
*****LATER THE EVENING*****
"Hey baby, how was your day ay work?" Kevin smiled kissing her cheek as she walked in the door.
"Fine, I'm tired. But it was fine" She smiled.
"So how’s Lucy?" Megan asked.
"She ok, I think shes gonna do fine" Kevin smiled brightly.
"Ohh Megan, can you get that?" Kevin asked when he heard some one ring the door bell.
Megan agreed.
"Hey Bri!" Megan smiled warmly and let him enter the house.
"Hi" Brian smiled back.
"Wheres Lucy?" He asked.
"In her room. Shes swimming in the sauna thats in her bathroom" Megan giggled.
"Well, when I called home thats where she was" added Megan.
"Alright, can I go up?" Brian asked.
"Sure she has a bathing sute on." Megan laughed and tucked a peace of her strawberry blond hair behind her ear.
"Thanks" Brian smiled and walked right past Kevin and up to Lucy’s room.

"I love you" Kevin smiled and hugged Megan.
"I love you too" Megan smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Lucy?!?" Brian called.
"I'm in the bathroom. You can come in!" Lucy yelled over her music.
"Wooh!" Brian said, when he walked into the bathroom there was candles everywhere and Lucy was listening to her Chico DeBarge CD.
"Enjoying your self?" Brian asked sitting on the side on the tub, in the dimly lit room.
"Yes, I was just thinking." Lucy said and started to get out.
"I can go watch tv til your done "thinking" if you'd like." Brian suggested.
"No its ok. I just, I don't know, why don't you come in with me?" Lucy asked.
"Um, ok, sure" Brian smiled and went in with his boxers. (What I sight!! WoW..lol..)
"You like this CD, you listen to it alot" Brian pointed out.
"Yeah I love this CD" Lucy smiled.
"Remember when we first met?" Brian asked.
"Sure do. We would fight all the time. Always laughing. It was great" Lucy smiled.
"Yeah it was." Brian sighed.
"Brian can you sing me "Like A Child?" Lucy asked when her CD shut off.
"Sure sweetie." Brian agreed and took her hand and sang the song.

"Thanks Brian" Lucy smiled and went to kiss his cheek but he moved and she kissed his lips. Brian smiled and looked at her. He leaned over and kissed her lips lightly. But none of them felt any different.
"Lets go watch the movies" Brian smiled widely and took he hand grabbed and huge towel and rapped it around them both.
"Lets try to walk down the steps like this" Brian giggled.
"Sure" Lucy smiled.
"We might fall" Brian said.
"So..well catch each other"
"Ok" Brian agreed and they made there way to the steps.
Right before the got to the bottom the fell. Lucy landed on Brians stomach. They both were laughing uncontrollably.
"What are you two doing?" Kevin asked from the top of the steps. The Megan came and started laughing.
"We out did out selfs this time. Our idea wasn't so bright" Brian giggled.
"Nope" Lucy added and got off him.
"Oh ok, whatever" Kevin laughed and him and Megan headed back to there room.

"Your the one that made us fall" Lucy told.
"Nuh huh, that was you" Brian shot back.
"No!, you stepped on my foot and I fell witch caused you to fall. To that my dear was your fault." Lucy insisted.
"Fine, you got me" Brian smiled and laid on Lucys bed with warm dry clothes on.
"So, we gonna watch Bean or Scream 2 first?" Brian asked.
"Scream 2" Lucy smiled and hopped into her warm bed and Brian held her.
"Hey Bri, can you reach up and turn off the light?" Lucy asked.
"Sure thing daddy’s girl" Brian smiled and kissed her cheek.
"Thanks"
"Here want a bite of my ice cream?" Lucy asked holding up a spoon full.
"Sure" He smiled and took a bite.
"Mmm good stuff" Brian nodded.
"Mmm hmm" Lucy agreed.

"Ohh that movie was great" Lucy laughed at the end. They weren't even watching it. They talked the whole time.
"Mmmmm" Brian smiled and stuck another bite of ice cream in his mouth. Now they were both eating it outta the container.
"My bed is soo warm, I love it" Lucy gushed sinking into her sheets and Brian put the ice cream aside, he leaned over Lucy and slowly kissed her lips. He pulled away and looked at her.
"Friends are better. We are just friends" Brian said lightly and Lucy agreed and leaving junk food everywhere they fell asleep.

Wheb Lucy woke up in the middle of the night, she was hot and cold. She looked over at Brian. She smiled and woke him up.
"Hey baby, you ok?" He asked.
"I'll be fine" Lucy smiled.
"Kay, here lay down" Brian said. Lucy agreed and laid in his arms. He smiled as her and kissed her cheek.
"Brian?"
"Mmm?" He replied.
"Nothing" Lucy smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Your so cute" Brian stated.
"So are you" Lucy added and they fell back asleep.
