The Next morning Brian woke up well before Lucy, he looked over at her and smiled before he walked down the steps and in the kitchen.

"I want to see Lee" Brian sighed.

"I love Lee, but Lucy, shes great. Maybe I was right. Its just a friend thing." Brian smiled and then he knew they we better off as friends.

"Hey AJ" Brian smiled taking a sip of his orange juice.

"Hey B" AJ mumbled.

"Whats wrong with you?" Brian asked.

"Kel, man she dumped me" AJ told sadly.

"Ohh man, I'm sorry" Brian didn't know what else to say.

"Yeah, well theres tons of girls out there." Brian smiled.

"Like Lucy" Brian thought glaring at him.

"Brian, last night. I kissed Lucy, I didn't mean to, it just happened. I'm sorry" AJ went on.

"I know" Brian said lightly.

"What? How? Brian I said I was sorry" AJ felt really bad.

"Its ok, I saw you 2 kissing, and Lucy talked about it with me last night. Besides, why would I care? I have Lee remember?" Brian faked a smile.

"But I know you want her" AJ smiled and walked away.

"I don't want her" Brian told himself.

"Morning kid" Brian smiled when he walked into his room to see Lucy brushing her hair.

"Morning" Lucy smiled.

"So, what do you want to do today?" Asked Brian.

"Well, I have plains with AJ, don't you have plains with Lee?" Asked Lucy.

"Well yeah, but I was gonna see what you wanted to do before I even called her" Brian said.

"Oh" Lucy said.

"But guess what?" Lucy smiled.

"What?" He asked returning the smile.

"I went to Disney World yesterday with AJ. It was soo cool" She giggled.

"Gish" Brian said.

"Yep" Lucy laughed.

"Lucy, wheres my ring you gave me? It was on my right pinky." Brian said in panic.

"Huh, sweetie, its right here. You took it off last night" Lucy laughed handing Brian the ring.

"Thanks, your a life saver" Brian said and kissed her cheek.

"Anytime" She smiled and AJ walked in.

"Hey girl, ready to go. Howies gonna be coming to stay here tonight. So we gotta make a pit stop at the food store" AJ smiled.

"Cool, lets go" Lucy smiled kissed Brians cheek and left.

Brian fell back on his bed and sighed.

"Why me" Brian said out laud as Lee walked in.

"Hey baby, who you talking to" Lee asked.

"Ohh hey daddys girl. I mean Lee" Brian’s face turned red and hugged Lee.

"I'v heard that nic name before. Daddys girl. Whos is it?" Asked Lee.

"Umm, well. Its Lucys. I was just talking to her. Then she left. I always call her that." Brian covered his butt.

"Ohh, sounds like you think of her as your little sister" Lee smiled.

"Something like that" Brian thought and smiled at Lee.

"AJ, about last night. I didn't mean to" Lucy started.

"I know, it was a mistake." AJ smiled and they walked over to the boat they were about to go on.

"Ok AJ, you sure you know how to drive this thing?" Lucy asked.

"Yes, girl, I’ve lived around here all my life. I can handle it" AJ laughed and Lucy smiled at him.

"Lets go!!" AJ stated and they started heading towards a small island.

"Wanna go on it?" AJ asked.

"Yes!" Lucys eyes lit up.

"Cool." AJ smiled and helped her outta the boat.

"Brian that ring you have is so pretty. Kinda small but pretty" Lee smiled looking at the ring on Brians pinky.

"Thanks" Brian quietly said.

"Let me see.'Lucy' Ohh thats nice" Lee said as she read the name the ring was shaped in.

"Lee, shes my friend. Were really close. We went through a hard time while we were on tour in LA. She gave it to me." Brian told.

"Ok, what kinda hard times?" Asked Lee.

"We met at 'Mac Daddys' on night after a concert. We all walked in, and there were 5ive girls crying. One guy holding a gun. Lucy she was crying the most. The guy seemed to be eyeing her. She won't talk about it now. But she was really scared. It was a long night. I promised myself I wouldn't let that guy touch her. He got a hold of her near the end. But thats when the cops finally came in got him in the car and I went and held Lucy, the look in her eye made me want to cry. Shes so little, she did nothing wrong. Just sat there and cried. But after that I made sure I wouldn’t let anyone hurt her ever again. No one has. But I can't let her leave my life. Shes to important to me." Brian told the story and by the end he had a tears in his baby blue eyes.

"You really care about her don't you?" Lee smiled.

"Yes shes one of my best friends" Brian smiled and kissed Lees cheek.

"I said a boom chicka boom. I said a boom chicka boom. I said ah boom chicka, rocka chicka, rocka chicka, boom. Huh huh. Ohh yeah" Lucy sang while AJ laughed.

"That song is crazy. Where did ya learn it?" AJ asked smiling.

"A camp, when I was younger" Lucy laughed.

"Ah I see" AJ smiled over at her.

"Kelly kno" Lucy stopped when she saw the look on AJs face.

"I'm sorry" Lucy said and walked around the small island.

AJ looked over at Lucy, then he kissed her. After a while he pulled away.

"Brian likes you. I can't" AJ said.

"Yeah" Lucy agreed and the quickly got back into the boat.

"I feel bad about that kiss. Lets go back and talk to Brian, I'm sure hes thinking about you" AJ smiled.

"Really you think?" Lucy smiled back.

"Maybe lets go find out!!" AJ said and they started heading back.

"Ok lets go in" Lucy said and her and AJ walked in the front door. Brian and Lee were kissing on the couch.

Brian quickly pulled away.

"Hey you 2" Brian said wipeing his mouth.

"Hey, we are about to go out again so don't mind us!" Lucy said and AJ just looked at Brian.

"Bri, I gotta talk to you. NOW" AJ said and Brian followed.

"Hey man, what is it??" Brian asked.

"Whats going on?" AJ asked.

"Nothing, I was kissing my girl friend." Brian said.

"What about Lucy man, shes a great girl" AJ stated trying not to yell.

"I know, but shes my friend. Lee is more then that" Brian replied.

"Alright whatever man. Me and Lucy are gonna go out." AJ said.

"Wait, AJ, keep he safe ok?" Brian asked.

"Yeah, I will" AJ offered a smile.

"So, I guess you were wrong, he wasn't thinking about me. But its better for us to be just friends. I kinda like it like that anyway" Lucy sighed as they pulled outta the drive way.

"Yeah, but he loves ya. Very much. He told me to make sure you stay safe. He made a promise to himself. That hes never gonna let anything hurt you. Ever" AJ smiled. Lucy sighed.

"Lee, I gotta go call AJ, make sure Lucys ok. I will be right back" Before Lee could say a word he was outta the room dialing AJs cell phone number.

"Hello?"

"AJ, man, hows Lucy?" Asked Brian.

"Shes fine why?" AJ asked.

"Just checking. Give her a kiss for me. Gotta go. Lee's still here bye" Brian hung up the phone and AJ laughed.

"Who was it?" Lucy smiled as the walked around the park.

"Brian, checking up on you" AJ smiled.

"He also told me to do this for him" AJ leaned over and kissed Lucys lips lightly. She smiled.

******** LATER THAT NIGHT*********

"Lucy sweetie, what did you do to you hair!?" Howie asked walking into the apartment.

"Hi to you too!" She smiled and got up and hugged him.

"You look like AJ" Howie laughed when AJ walked in with his little red curls.

"I know. I LOVE IT!!" She gushed. Howie laughed.

"So are you and Bri together yet?" Howie asked when Lee and Brian entered the room laughed and holding hands.

"Opps" Howie said to AJ and Lucy.

"Hey D, whats up?!" Brian smiled.

"Hey B-Rok, and Lee" He smiled warmly.

"Nick, Kev and Megan are coming later tonight. I'v been trying to call Kev, all day. No answer. He said he had something important, but he wouldn't say what" Brian trailed off.

"Yeah, so are you 2 together?" Howie asked Lee and Brian.

"Yep!" Lee smiled and kissed Brians cheek.

"Cool" He smiled then looked at Lucy.

"So AJ hows your woman? Howie added.

"What woman?" AJ moaned.

"Ohh, opps" Howie said taking a seat when they all heard like 8 car doors close.

"What did Kev bring the whole population on Orlando?" AJ joked.

"No, only some friends from New Mexico!!" Kevin smiled entering the apartment with Nick Megan, Tess, Cassy, and Kelly.

"Girls!!" Lucy screeched and gave them all hugs as did everyone else.

"Hey Kel" AJ said.

"Hello AJ" Kelly said and smiled.

"So hows that new guy of yours?" AJ asked not really wanting to know.

"Honestly, hes great. I really love him" She smiled and he did to knowing that she was with the right person.

Lee and Brian were getting all mushy and Tess and Nick were playing basket ball out front. Cassy and Howie were just talking. Kevin and Megan were kissing. (When aren't they??) Lucy sighed and walked up to Brians room and laid in his bed falling asleep.

"Hey Brian, lets go up stairs and take some time to our selves. Its really laud and crazy down here." Lee smiled. Brian agreed and they headed up stairs.

They walked into Brians room and saw Lucy sleeping in Brians bed.

"Umm Brian look whos in your bed?" Lee said and Brian turned around.

"Ohh opps, shes sleeping. I thought she was out side with AJ" Brian said quietly.

"Well, are you gonna wake her up. So you can go to sleep tonight?" Lee asked getting annoyed.

"Lee, shes my friend. I can't wake her up. Besides where do you think shes gonna sleep?" Brian spit out and right away wanted to take it back.

"She sleeps in here!! I should have known." Lee stated.

"Lee please. Shes not a threat. Shes 15, and I'm just trying to make her life a little easier. Shes been through alot. She doesn't sleep good at night. So I want to be here when she wakes up!!" He tried not to yelled.

"Ohh come on how often does she wake up?" Lee asked in a whisper.

"Almost every night" He replied. Lee just looked at him

"No don't please. No." Lucy began to cry in her sleep and Brian rushed over to her.

"Sweetie, its ok. Its just me." Brian put his arms tightly around her.

"I hate this. I can never sleep." Lucy cried.

"Its ok. No one is ever gonna hurt you again. I promise" Brian said and kissed her cheek lightly.

"Hey Lee" Lucy smiled.

"Hi" She smiled back then realizing Brian was telling the truth and knew that he loved her as a friend.

"Are you ok?" Brian asked.

"Yeah, I think" She forced a smile.

"Well you want me to stay here with you?" He asked.

Lucy looked over at Lee.

"Na, you can go have fun. I think I'll come down in a little while." She smiled and Brian hugged her and left.

"Hey girl, where were you?" Megan asked when Lucy walked down the steps.

"I was sleeping" She smiled a little.

"Ohh, Brian and Lee were just fighting. I thought maybe you knew why." Megan trailed off.

"They are. Where are they?" Asked Lucy.

"Out back by the pool." Megan told and Lucy was there.

But when she walked out they were kissing.

"Sorry" Lucys face turned red.

"No, its ok" Brian smiled.

"So, couldn't sleep?" Brian asked coming over to her.

"No, but I'm ok" She told and walked inside seeing Lee was gettin very annoyed.

Everyone was bunked out all over the downs stairs sleeping. Lucy had fallen' asleep in AJs bed with him. Brian was sleeping in his room alone. Lee left for the night and said she would be back in the morning. Kevin and Megan were sleeping in the guest room. Tess and Nick had fallin asleep in font of the Nintendo, Cassy and Howie were sleeping on the couch. Kelly was on the floor below them.

Lucy woke up in a cold sweat. But yet she was burning hot. She has tears in her eyes. She looked over to her side to see AJ sleeping. She quickly got up and walked to Brians room.

She crawled up next him and he immediately put his arms around her not even waking up. She felt safe in his arms and she fell back asleep.

The next morning rolled around and everyone was up. But Brian and Lucy. They were still asleep like babies.

"AJ didn't Lucy fall asleep with you last night?" Nick asked.

"Yeah, but when I woke up she wasn't there. She was in Brians bed." AJ told.

"Ohh, really. How had she been? Is she still walking up at night?" Cassy asked.

"Not that I know of. But she sleeps with B anyway" AJ trailed off when Lee walked into the house looking for Brian.

"Hey everyone" She greeted with a bright smile.

"Hey Lee!!" Tess smiled.

"So wheres my boy?" Lee asked.

"Sleeping. Both him and Lucy are" Kevin told. He never liked Lee, Nick hated her but the other 2 liked her just fine.

"Ohh" Lee trailed off.

"Well, tell Brian I stopped by. Hes probably taking care off Lucy" Lee stated.

"Whats that s'posta mean?" Kelly asked.

"Nothing bad, but hes always taking care off her" She smiled.

"What ever. If you didn't know Lucy has been through alot lately. We all have. Brians just looking out for his friends!" Kelly shot at her.

"I know" Lee stated.

"Hey Lucy, how'd you get in here?" Brian asked waking her up from her sleep.

"Hmm? Oh, I couldn't sleep. Another dream. So I came in here" She said.

"Lucy I wish I could stop these dreams your having. I hate knowing that your going through this" He said and hugged her tightly.

"Its ok Bri, I'll get over it" She gave a smile and they walked down the steps.

"Well, well, well. Look who finaly gets there butts up" Nick laughed.

"Shut up Frack!!" Brian shot.

Everone just laughed and then Brian saw Lee standing in the other room.

"Hey Lee!" Brian called.

"Hey Brian, how'd you sleep?" She asked kissing him.

"Fine, I slept through the whole night. Even when Luc" Brian stopped and smile.

"I slept fine" He stated.

"Me too" She hugged him.

"Good" He smiled and kissed her cheeks.

"Ok, look I don't know about you all, but I'm going to go swimming. We only have like 2 more weeks and school starts. So I'm gonna enjoy my last days of summer" Cassy smiled Lucy agreed and they headed for the pool out back.

******THAT NIGHT*******

"Look Brian, I'm gonna head home." Lee smiled.

"Ohh ok. I'll call you in the morning" He smiled and kissed her goodbye.

"Ok wheres Lucy?" Asked Brian when Lee pulled outta the drive way.

"With AJ" Nick smiled.

"Ohh, I haven't got to play around with her ever since me and Lee got back together. Now I'm going to do that now!!" Brian laughed and ran up the stairs and into AJs room. Only AJ was there and he was asleep. He ran to his room where Lucy was changing.

"Oppsy" Brian laughed and came in anyway. Lucy fixed her pink PJS and Brian tackled her to the ground.

"You are so immature" Lucy teased.

"I KNOW!" Brian laughed and began to tickle her.

"AHH, No STOP!!" Lucy yelled.

"Nope not unless you tell me what you and AJ did last night in his room" Brian stated.

"Fine" Lucy agreed.

Brian got off her and pulled her onto the bed.

"Ok tell me" Brian smiled.

"Well we watched tv, kissed once and fall asleep. Exciting isn't it?" Lucy laughed.

"Thats it?" Brian rolled his blue eyes.

"Yep!" Lucy laughed again.

Brian and Lucy soon fall asleep. Lucy didn't wake up til about 2 in the morning but Brian was right there with her.
