- you do an regular endo but when your balanced on your front wheel you pull as hard as you can on the handle bars.
- You should land on both wheels at the same tiime.

- put both feet on right/left front and back pegs while riding
- slow down then put all wait on the oppisite side of where you are standing(the bike should be lieing down with you on top)
- put right foot on seat post and left foot on handle bars and grab frame and pedal
- pull hard now as the bike is going upside down put your left foot on the handle grip.
- you should now be standing on the handle grip and back peg and the bike should be upside down....put both feet on back pegs and hands on the front peg
- now stand on handle grip and frame and push down.
- get on pedal and back peg....pull up and put foot on pedal
