Sun slowly rises above the emerald green water onto the endless white sand
Birds dance above calling her name in their chirps and squaks
Waves roll onto the sand one after the other pounding onto her pale feet
Heat of the burning sun gathers her in its ray of arms melting her icy heart
Scent of the salty sea, of the peaceful surrender it has brought this day
Taste of freedom upon her lips as her tongue quenches their parchedness
Water splashes into her face cooling the warmth of the sun upon her skin
Wind rushes through her raven hair with one vigorous thrust
Clouds of cotton fill the sky between the blue canvas above
Wet feet pound up and down the endless amount of sand before her
Eyes stare into perfection that this morning has brought upon her
Mind stores this moment deep within, her one moment of pure serenity
